change lockscreen wallpaper on cyanogen

simple question. is there anyway to change the lock screen wallpaper on cyanogen mod.
probably the biggest thing i loved about hero roms was that the lock screen is so much better than the default android. Slide or menu to unlock and you could change the background.
Is there anyway to port this lock screen to cyanogen or at least just be able to change the wallpaper.
I know of the apps lock 2.0 and lockbot. Honestly i still like pressing menu to unlock, but i like being able to change the wallpaper. Lockbot is nice, but the hero one looks terrible and the app is still is incredibly buggy.

i believe it is posiblte, and im going to test it, but havnt gotten around to it yet, will report back once i have had a chance to test it.

i hope that it is, honestly it still alludes me as to why google hasn't added this option in when HTC added it without even thinking about it.

I have the similar situation, but I want to change whole lockscreen application! How do I do this?

I'm pretty sure ClassicalGas has a thread on changing the lockscreen background over in the Desire / Themes section.

[Q]how to modify the rotary lockscreen

In CM setting，we can choose the lockscreen pattern to ratary one， I want to know if there is a way to modify the ratary lockscreen to straight one ，for example， when I slide the left button， it will go to the right of the screen in a straight way， not the arc ，because I want to make a lockscreen like iphone， thank you in advance。

I dont want to use that， because my phone dont have enough memory。

Go into cyanogenmod settings<lockscreen<lockscreen style<sliding tab.

I mean I want a lockscreen like iphone ，thanks for your answer 。

Get an iphone then lol or widgetlocker.

I have modified the lockscreen pngs, but I found a problem , the button still go in a arc ， I want to know where to modify the code。

The mod is done in services.jar. Where exactly I don't know I'm looking for it myself. Decompile services.jar using smali or rename it to apk and use apkmanager

[REQUEST] Widgetlocker theme (Rotary Revamped)

I'll start by saying ive went thru all 80+ pages of the widgetlocker theme thread and didn't see this in there anywhere...unless I accidentally missed it.
I am using widgetlocker obviously and would like to have the rotary lock slider that I have seen in the "rotary revamped" screens from the CM mods. Maybe it already exists and Im just not sure where to get it.
Its similar to the stock android rotary slider included with widgetlocker....but more of a solid silver in the middle parts with black borders on the edges.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I'm trying to configure the Rotary theme in Widget Locker. But I seem to only be able to configure the first 3 buttons. When I rotate it to configure more, it just keeps rotating all the way around back to the original 3.
Any idea how to configure more than 3?

Pattern Lock Screen Background

Hey guys,
I love my HTC One but awfully hate the black pattern lock screen.
Is there a Chance to mod it so i can change the wallpaper of the pattern lock screen or perhaps make it transparent?
I tried out the go locker but unfortunately thats not so battery friendly.
I would be very thankful if someone can help me with that.

Yeah, same for the app-draw would be nice.
I tried unpacking the APK for sense but the framework stuff didn't all decompile. I don't fancy re-packing it on the offchance (assuming I found what to change) and bricking my device

it seems that no one knows a solution for this kinda problem
so i have to use go locker again
the app draw transparency you can also get with a launcher like nova launcher

Those lockscreens(pattern, face unlock, pin & password) came with google's default framework. No OEM vendor is allowed to alter those parts of android at all. So request this on google itself.

is transparent dock possible

is there anyway of having the dock transparent on the homescreen of my non-rooted htc one, it looks intrusive when setting a nice wallpaper. they have done the status bar and it would have looked better with the dock also, i know i can use a custom launcher and get rid of the dock altogether. but i find must launchers will bring up the black bar with the three dots at some point which is just as bad. so does anyone know if anybody has looked into this without using root or custom rom. thanks in advance..........................sudeki300

There are mods available to do this but you need to unlock the bootloader, flash custom recovery and then root your device.... the options without are limited if not non-existent.

I would prefer to use an launcher than doing all that, i have used GO Launcher on my S3 and it worked great, might give it a go on my H1
