I have a .rgu file with these settings in my kitchen so it was easy to locate. However searching for 'WiFi channel 14' on here does produce results - including this thread now

GUIDE
you need an 480x800 bmp file name it image.bmp
copy nbimg.exe to the folder where file is
nbimg.exe -F image.bmp -w 480 -h 800
now you got image.nb rena me it to 01_MainSplash.nb

Just get it started on my old diamond2 for my daughter to use whatsapp... to start wifi first also on your win modus. Than it finds the wifi also als an android. Thanks all develpers for this great job

Flashing guide:
1.Download Intelliphone from the above link.
2.Copy to the root of sdcard
3.Reboot in cwm
( It would be a good idea to Make a nandroid backup at this stage)
4.wipe data and factory reset
5.clear cache
6.Flash the Rom
