SDMove [For Froyo users] - Droid Eris Themes and Apps

Found this on Reddit (Which is broke right now) and thought I'd share this with anyone who is running a Froyo rom.

A pretty handy app in my opinion, and as always, if it's a widget you use, keep it in internal memory.

Thanks, this should come in handy. I was previously moving everything over 1 by 1 with Titanium.

Thanks, looks like it's an easier way to figure out which app is Froyo A2SD compatible then anything else I've found.

[DEV]Sense 2.1 possible notifications menu modification.(seeking help)

Ok This idea came to me earlier today, sense 2.1 roms (Speedy ports) have a recently used apps bar in the notifications menu. Well I found a better use for it,
Instead of seeing the app you just closed why not display common everyday apps? e.g. phone, flashlight, facebook, twitter, camera. See that way you don't have to run around your UI to find what you want, It's simply a drag and drop away

The con is this.
Making the apks run in a list and then closing (background) constantly may effect you wanting to see your recently used apps (The one where you just long press home button and it displays) those apps the first 4 or so will be which ever default you have set up. any way I'm seeking some help with this I'm not new but nor am I marinated in sense feature modifying.
Any one interested?
also My current method an apk that opens and closes each app seems to cause issues (obviously) so I'm seeking help in doing the proper system edit to get this Modification up and running.

[Build] ThaiDai Android Loader v2 with One-Click-Setup [19 Aug 2011]

Please try this one with other devices than Blackstone.
Detailed information about this in my Blackstone thread.
ThaiDai Android Loader is a program for Windows Mobile.
With it you can start Android or you can install Android without doing the usual things: no copy, no edit, no changes etc.
The setup (a normal cab-file) prepares the necessary files on your sd card automatically.
With the program you select what you want to do (install, backup, restore, change device, choose Android Build etc.) and press "Boot". That's it.
Program is installed in autostart folder and will automatically boot into last chosen OS after a number of seconds (default 100 s, you can change of course). Stopping countdown is easy: klick somewhere or change a value).
I included Neopeeks NeoFROYO build as default. Until now (my opionion) best combination of performance and stability. More possible and will provide download links later.

AmeriCan Android Official Bootanimations

{Due to the closure of multiupload.com, none of theres links are working anymore, PM me if you want em!}
As requested I am uploading the animations I have made for Copenhagen and Warren213's HD2 SD & NAND build, AmeriCan Android.
To install them just put the bootanimation.zip file into (root)/system/media.
Overwrite the old one or move it if you want to save it.

I have this same problem. Can't move apps to SD card.
Help us please!
I'm using most recent Pac-man rom 4.4.4. SD card is 32Gb.
Currently, Android only supports the primary external storage for native App2SD function.
If the primary external storage is emulated from the internal phone storage (like in S3, Note 1&2 etc.) or does not exists at all, moving app to SD function will not be supported by Android system. It's the limitation of device (rom & hardware).
You can link the app in order to move its files to your SD card.
Its not even letting me link the files.

I don't think App2SD supports i9305. I have this problem before but decides not to use it.
Or maybe you can use Liquid Smooth Rom. They do have the function to move apps to SD.

As Known The hTC IncS only problem is the small internal memory for installing apps and its data.
always been a problem for me :crying:
After 6 months of searching.. i found a solution
It was unexpected..
The Titanium Backup.
as known this app is used for backuping and restoring apps and its data smss and more
but there is some additional commands!
one of it is Move section.
the app uses the sd card to move apps with su promotion.
so press the RUN: move user apps to SD select the apps you want then tap the ok icon.
it will take sometime..
Profit!:highfive: your problem is solved!
NOTE it is recommended not to move the : home screen apps, keyboards, xposed modules.
because the app is actually re-install the app in every reboot so the home screen icons will disappear and the keyboard will lose it selected language and the xposed modules will get crazy.
Tested with Vivokat rom by sezszo and with a 4gb sd card.
Please if you have any other solutions post a reply and tell us
if this helped press the tanks button
note: Sezeso recently reported he will add support for installing apps in the sd card! :highfive:
