Wallpaper size (Please help - its not what you think)

Hey guys, I'm super new to the forum, and tried searching for a thread that might help, but I cant find one, so please bear with me as I ask my question...
Is there an app that will allow me to reshape my wallpaper size? I want one picture to stay still as the background and not show bit by bit as I scroll through screens. I have a Samsung Vibrant, any ideas or advice will be greatly appreciated!!

If you use LauncherPro there is an option to prevent wallpaper scrolling.

well I'm using a vibrant and and home replacement won't allow my samsung widgets to work...

[Q] Is there a way to make the HTC News & Weather widget transparent?

Of all the widgets and apps I have, this one BY FAR is the most indispensable to me. I am ready to start fresh on my EVO and any theme or customizing I do, I want HTC News & Weather to be on the home screen, possibly the lock screen as well.
Has anyone done this? If so, please point me in that direction!

Anyone? I can't find the answer anywhere else.

Yeah there's one, Google for transparent genie widget. There's a themer with a blog (ultralinx? I think) with it.

Hello ,I recently loss my Live Wallpapers in the menu box of my launcher pro(doesn't show with my wallpapers and gallery pics).I can't access none of my live wallpapers even though they show up in my titanium backup app and root explorer (in system/app).I purchased Bubble Pro from the Market and the widget lets me use the settings,but the live wallpaper doesn't show up.I don't know what to do! Can i delete the live wallpaper apk and install a new one? where can i find the original apk?please help if possible. Thanx in advance.
p.s.: I'm running stock froyo,j16 build on my captivate with the firebird 2-v1.0 #6 kernel/ voodoo lagfix.

..have you tried longpressing the homescreen to access wallpapers that way?

Just the Q&A would be a good place .. but sounds like a mystery. I know you've tried through settings but have you tried longpressing to access your wallpapers .. it probably wont work, but wouldn't hurt to try ..
..you could try to reinstall them. But not sure why they disappeared in the first place :-/

Thanx for helping-ijust reinstalled live wallpaper picker for 2.2 froyo and I now have live wallpaper. I want to close this thread.

First question, (I hope I'm posting this in the right place) is there a way to rip the clock from the lock screen, or does anyone know a tutorial I can look at to find out?
Second, where is the current wallpaper stored in the system.
And lastly, I want to change the colour of the pull ring on the lockscreen. Does anyone know how or where I'd find a tut?

From what i know The lockscreen is an app on its own. So changing that would require you searching up advanced themeing i think the apk was htclockscreen.apk or something but be carefull with it.
As to the wallpapers they are an apk too lol. You need to pull it from the phone, insert/remove the ones you want and then push it back again with adb.
Or you could try QuickPic which grants you the ability to use any picture as your Background, asuming thats what you want.
And for the clock i have no clue.

Hi developpers ! I don't have any skills in developping apps or whatever, but I was just wondering if it was possible to theme a lockscreen like the "minimal Android Lockscreen" by bblake on deviantart (sorry i'm not able to post links already)
We would be able to see our dock's icons and it would be a windows phone-like lockscreen, wich you slide up to unlock, and it would reveal progressively our homescreen.
I'm just asking if it's possible, and if it is, how?
