Can anyone please upload Meebo.apk version 16 (newest) and Twidroid somewhere? Please don't suggest downloading them from Android Market since my HTC Magic (unbranded) doesn't come with Android Market. Many thanks!

Not only have you posted this twice on XDA in different forums, but you have also stuck it on GSMArena and God alone knows where else
The phone you are talking about is a discontinued POS with no development - therefore it is unlikely you will find anything to help you here.
Use Google - there are sites out there with firmware available to download
