Inspired by TheDaniel (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=518634), I made this cpr for QVGA devices, which uses Segoe UI as a font and uses much smaller font, which in my opinion looks nicer..
The Expanded View of the plugins is still the same, don't know if i'm gonna edit these ones too, maybe tomorrow...

So here you go...
UPDATE 29 MAY
Added COffice to the plugin list.
File is found in the attached ZIP.
Install:
1. Backup the file: \windows\Titanium_240x320.cpr to your perferred location. You MUST do this to be able to uninstall.
2. Install and enable the plugins you wish
3. Copy and paste my file to your windowsfolder and confirm overwrite.
4. Restart your titanium or reset your device.
This only supports default theme...

Looks Great! I will test it out now.

Nice set-up by you and daniel. The only thing that's missing is larger font and weather adjustment. Clouds off the screen and not aligned will there be a fix for this? Thanks Good work.

[REQ][MOD] Smart Shortcuts/Apps Organizer/Folder Organizer

I was wondering if someone could mod any of these? I'm failing miserably. >_>
I'm still trying though!
Basically, my homescreen looks like this:

and those words are folder shortcuts via Desktop Visualizer,
and it opens a folder using Smart Shortcuts.
Problem is, that folder is a little unsightly compared to my theme.
I was wondering if someone could help me mod them so they are little sexier?
Something just black, with a 60% transparency, like Tajm and Battstat?

good idea... I just busted open the res folder of Folder Organizer and cant figure out what file controls the folder's background
its probably a xml file, which I have no idea how to alter

Its like that with the other two. I've been experimenting with all the xml's I can find.

I tried a few weeks ago for about 10mins no luck though, no time to try again........it'd be nice if someone can figure something out
It's the only thing that's missing to make a complete theme for me.

its a .9 image file, most likely
those are tricky to edit, but for what you want... it can be done easily, well for me lol

Try Apps Organizer. The screen/folder that pops up isn't too bad. Better than the standard one at least. It is transparent.

I have now a pitchblack label with grey borders , if you want to take it further than that , then goto

The skins are for widgets, but I made it brilliant! This is like exactly what I was looking for.
And, btw, I'm nowhere NEAR done with my theme/layout. Think bookshelf O:
And, if I release it, (not entirely sure yet) I'm going to do several colors, yellow being one ;D

How can I change my camera Icon on the Homescreen?

HD Glass Icons Released

Here are the icons I have been working on for the past few days. Credit for the original HD Icons goes out to mikebeecham for his icons which can be found here:

I just simply made a "matte glass" template and imported his icons. I did one for almost ever app that I use on my homescreen, so there are a few major ones missing. However, inside this .rar file you will find a Photoshop template. Just download the original HD icons, import the desired icon into the "icon(REPLACE)" layer, resize to fit, save as a .png with transparency (its important that you enable transparency) and copy to SD card. To get the most out of these icons, use Desktop Visualizer. Download from the market, install, and add a 1x1 widget to the desktop for each icon. Pressing it will bring you to the settings for that widget. Simply browse to the file on your SD card, select the desired app, use no text and a transparent label, and your good to go. Below are some screens of my current setup to show you how they look in use. Please enjoy, and upload pics of any icons you create so we can all see!

You need to use
A. An app that allows custom shortcut icons like folder organizer or bettercut.
b. A lot of work that will break updates from the market on a lot of apps.
A. Tends to be the better choice.

Yeah i search all the time for an app drawer replacement that will let you do just that... it doesnt exist.. and i dont know why. The one way i did it was to use folder organizer, replace all the icons with folder organizer. Then take a folder organizer folder with all the apps in it and drop it on my dock in place of the app drawer in launcher pro. Basically used a folder as my app drawer. It did the job but was still a pain in the ass.

Hope this helps. Its a fairly involved process, but as for now, i'm pretty sure it's the only way to do so.

Help wanted with lockscreen mod

I tried editing the lockscreen png files to get something similar to the honeycomb lockscreen. It involves replacing the jog_ png with blank ones. But a couple of things get ruined. The screenshots describe them better. I have no clue how to fix them. Could someone please assist?

How do I get rid of the right jog bar and the green and red button?

That is an incoming call screen. What does it have to do with your lockscreen? Why would you want to get rid of the buttons you need to answer a call?

No. i wasn't clear enough. Let me put it this way. I was tryig to port the honeycomb style lock screen for my froyo rom (optimus one) which involved making the jog bars transparent so that only the icon (lock, unlock, call receive, reject etc) remain.
But after I got it done that way, the lock screen works properly.. as in it shows me the buttons without the jog bar as I wanted. But when i receive a call while the screen is locked, I get whats shown in the screenshot I've already searched the framework-res.apk top to bottom to find those specific icons (the right jog bar as well as the red and green button) so that I can modify them as well.. but i'm not finding them anywhere!

Look in the drawable-finger folders of Phone.apk and Contacts.apk.

I see a lot of .pro files. are they images? How do I edit them?

some of them open up in 9patch editor :|

Search all .png files in your framework and view them as thumbnails. When you find these images just replace them with the images you want to use.

Oh then your probably gonna have to decompile the apk, replace the pngs then recompile.
now im curious lol If you havent resolved this by the time I get home ill take a look. Im pretty sure you can just replace the images with 7zip and push back with adb.

Bingo! But as I already mentioned, all the pngs are in .pro format. Renaming them to png ruins it

idk if the apk on that link works anymore.....I've been working on this a lot today and I got it to the point where it just FCs when you try to open a thread. It's one of the xml files I can either color the text inside the bubbles or put a background on the main page of the app.

One word of caution, if you are just adjusting hue you'll be ok, but if you inrease brightness or maybe decrease opaticy...you will throw an aapt compiling error. The ticks that mark the stretchable areas have to be either black, or nothing. No imtermediates. What I do is when I'm working with an image like that, I'll just select everything except the 1 pixel border, then I can edit however inside without messing up the 9patch ticks.

Where did that quote come from? lol
Also, I know what is causing the Force closes I just don't understand why it is causing them. I can either make the back ground in the main part of the app black or change the text color inside the threads. I'm going to work with it tonight and prolly just leave the text color black inside the thread and come up with a different color for the bubbles

Okay. The apk on that link is working. There are 2 things I want to change but when I change them it FC's. btw one of them mt can change just fine.... I will get some screenshots and post them here for your viewing pleasure
