[Q] Note power button not working

My SGN's power button is not working. It was fine a moment ago and i have no idea what caused it. Please help. Thanks in advance

unable to reboot without the button but i took out the battery and placed it back it auto turn on but power button still not working

It just turned on, im not sure how. I rooted it and flashed it with litening rom

was the power button working on the new rom (think carefully_)

i flashed to that rom months ago. it was working fine until today. i left my phone aside and when i got back to it. this problem happened

hmmm...
try pressing the power a few times and check if its not stuck inside,. may be thats y it started auto
may be try doing a factory reset.. or going to a different rom.
without the power button u mite not be able to go to recovery mode.. do u have the option in toggle..

Im sure its not stucked. Oh well, i still have warrenty for it but i need to wipe the phone or unroot it. please advise

yeah u need to be on stock ROM for warranty.. as i said anyhow install a stock GB rom and then do a factory reset and check..

if download mode works, try install stock rom through odin then u can do whatever u want

I have already tried him and when he gives restart on Odin, my telephone does not start.

try to take out battery for a minute then put it back and switch on

u mean bootloops or doesn't start at all ? can u enter cwm ?

Hard brick?
If so, sending it to a Samsung Center is your best bet.

same thing happen to me
I experience that too last 6months to be exact, as long as you can access download mode and it is readable by your laptop/computer you can fix it, download any ONE PACKAGE stock room in firmware.com then flash it via Odin after that process finish
go to cwm
just power button + home button
then reset and wipe
please feedback as soon as you do my tips thanks!

It's doesen't start

Blank Screen
I installed the wrong cwm on mine and when I tried to boot into recovery all I got was a blank screen, so I waited for a bit, then pulled the battery, turned phone on and nothing but a blank screen, tried getting into DL mode and nothing, but when I plug it into the PC, it wants to recognize as a modem instead. I think its toast, I even made a jig, tried getting into DL mode and nothing, the phone is on just no screen, it charges the battery when plugged into usb port but nothing on the screen. It had worked until I flashed cwm on it...

go to stock recovery
why don't you just enter into stock recovery and factory reset the phone , you can also flash the stock rom with odin after puting your phone in download mode . to go to recovery vol+ and vol- and power on the phone at te same time

Didn't you read? He has neither download nor recovery mode.

[Q] GT-S5830 stuck on RAMDUMP

I flashed different stock roms and suddenly, I am not able to enter download mode.
I don't know what to do.
Tried VOL- HOME POWER
It only displays de RAMDUMP screen.
I am able to enter Recovery, I do not know if it is useful at this point or not...

As I said in the first post. I tried it, it did not work, it gets me to the RAMDUMP screen.

It's strange. VOL-DOWN + HOME + POWER combination should brings Ace to download mode, and VOL-UP+ HOME + POWER combination brings Ace to ramdump screen.
For flashing stock ROM purpose, Mobile Odin may help.

No dude, his phone is stuck in ramdump mode, so he can't boot to system.
He should use the PC version of Odin.

you are able to get into recovery mode, right?
why you do not download other custom rom & trying to flash via recovery/cwm?

Yes, I can enter Recovery Mode. In fact, I was thinking about this, but I have no idea what custom ROM I should install.
Could any of you recommend me the easiest one to install?
Please, consider that my PC is very outdated, so I hope I don't have to install any software or download any heavy file.
I just want to go back to the stock firmware after I flash the custom one, so I don't care what feature the custom rom has.

Samsung Galaxy 5 "recovery-reboot loop?"

Dear people,
So i tried flashing my android phone with rashr and installing Android 6.0 marshmallow, so when i went into rashr and pressed "reboot into recovery mode on boot"
it keeps booting into recovery mode, although i have a black screen when it's in recovery mode and i can tell that it's on because the phone gets warmer the longer it's on.
I've honestly tried everything on the Internet, i think i even got some viruses on my computer now, is there anything i can do?
Or am i screwed? ;c

Immediately press home, volume down and power when you put the battery in. Try that.

Well, i've been trying to do that but whenever i add the firmware and press start it will just pop-up a box and tell me that odin has stopped working :/

Reboot loop/recovery
Soo, im having the same problem as OP
However, my odin seems to be working fine, and im using the correct firmware.
but... When i do flash it the problem persist nothing changes, so im sorta stuck in a boot loop
anyone that can help ?

Note 9 softbricked, no download mode, stuck on white screen

Hello! Greetings from techmasters. My phone is softbricked again! , I can not enter download mode, When I try to enter download mode the phone stays off on black screen and won't turn on, after running battery disconnect I can boot my phone but nothing but a white screen comes up with this error (See picture) "Boot signature fail"
"Reboot to avoid warranty bit set"
, I can not boot my phone as it bootloops on this screen, What can I do ? PC does not detect it at all, Nothing detected anywhere. Thanks! Sometimes the error text goes distorted too, model is N960F/DS.

Did you tried if Odin recognize that phone is connected? I saw you wrote that PC don't see your phone but what happens when you have Odin active?
