Hey folks,
Many thanks to the unrevoked team for all the help they have done to move this community along, and for the toys they have provided us. Please DO NOT give me any credit for these.
Below you will find a link of the radios I am hosting. I take no credit for them, NOR DO I SUPPORT THEM. These are all at your own risk, and are provided without warranty, and any damage that comes from them, is your own fault. Using any of these voids your warranty.

How to install:
1. You need s-off via Unrevoked's tools.
http://unrevoked.com/rootwiki/doku.php/public/forever
2. Once s-off has been obtained, power off phone. Hold DOWN volume and press power. This accesses the hboot screen. The PB31IMG.zip needs to be on the base of your sd card. Hboot will see it and ask to update it. Do NOT battery pull or do this on low battery life.
URL for files:
http://adrynalyne.us/files/di_radios/
MD5 calculator to check your file integrity:
http://www.bullzip.com/products/md5/info.php
1. Install, and then download your file. Once done, right click and choose md5 calculator. Your number should match the appropriate one listed above.
Good luck, and have fun.
finally, thanks for posting
LOL let the bricking begin Adrynalyne . I am sure we will be seeing people in the IRC about this. Some advice people if ya don't know what you're doing you should probably think twice about flashing one of these. But thanks Zule for the radios and Adrynalyne for uploading them and posting them
I just accidentally the whole radio.

whats this new radio?
I searched, but I haven't found anything about the 2.15.00.09.01 radio. Is there any info on it that would prompt flashing it. Thanks gents.
Info I have:
It was built 9/1/2010.

I'm not being a smart ass folks.
LOL.
Thats truly all the info I have. Its a legit radio.
All I know is:
radio changes are in AMSS, DSP is identical, mibib is identical, osbl changed (yikes!) and osbl2 changed (most likely to reflect the osbl)
Those could all just be demonstrating a change to the chain of trust signatures. Actually changes are unknown, this is just a guess but if could just be a recompile for some unknown reason.
Breaking it down further will require more time then I care to put into it...
I knew you weren't being a smart ass.. I googled it and only thing to show up was your thread here and at androidforums

I know some posters on these boards have access to some google signed roms. It appears that the newly launched vodafone uk version of nexus one contains the newest build of firmware - epf21b.
I was wondering if anyone has access to this build and wouldn't mind posting it here.
Thanks in advance!
Im sending paul at modaco a backup of my epf21b so he can make a fast boot rom for it. Is this what you want? shall i just send you a copy of it too ?

I would be interested in getting the radio image from this - on Vodafone myself and don't have great 3G coverage so would like to try "their" radio...
Does EPF21B have Chinese locale? If yes, I would like to have the passimg.zip too
Please send to me please!
Any chance of dumping the hboot.img from this ROM?
Does anybody search?

For crying out loud.
That's not passimg.zip! There's only update image which cannot be applied to locked Nexus one

Ohh man, risk/reward wise it's not that bad... and you could always insure your phone for like $5 a month if you thought the risk was too high. You'd pay $5 a month for a rooted phone wouldn't you?

Ah. so it will flash the radio + Baseband to EU?
Also, one last question.
Were you able to flash back to 2.1 using the stock firmware? with odin?
I heard once you flash to 2.2 EU and you try to go back to 2.1 TMO you brick.

Can you give us a video? or something? as in whats better/benchmark etc.
I may flash it if its worth it. But, i prefer to wait on stock TMO if its nothing that crazy,

Eugene is a respectful developer and I'm pretty positive that his work is beautifully done and he wouldn't publish any "bogus firmware" in any form.
Start using the edit button rather than double posting =/
This is badass ill try it out tomorrow.
Does this run a lot snappier? Some of the Live wallpapers on the 2.1 are 'fidgety' when moving through screens
I'm a bit nervous to do this without a more detailed step-by-step instructions lol
Does this ROM have JIT? I had read some stuff about that not being in some of the roms that have been leaked.

Most likely it doesnt. This is based of the same EU 2.2 ROM that was showing low Linpack scores. Of course it is an APLHA or BETA build so thats to be expected.
Most update.zip's for the Vibrant at this point only FLASH System, Data ,data, and cache partitions. I don't think anyone had taken the time to test writing recovery or boot images though the update-script which is what tells the system what to do with the contents of the said update.zip.
Thats another reason they are so safe is that they dont replace the KERNEL/RECOVERY or BASEBAND/RADIO which is a safe move.
Good work Eurgene.

I had to trim it down from the 248mb it originally was. Some apps did not survive the genocide. My thoughts go out to the lost bytes.

Give Up The Info!
It's not that I (or the collective, "we") am/are unappreciative, but more info would be nice, esp. since you took the time the time out to make this release for us. General info (version info, i.e., build number, radio, etc), changes made, what has changed/what's been fixed (esp. since there are some modified versions of the old OTA leak that have been patched with fixes for some issues).
Thanks again for all the hard work, looking forward to a rooted final 2.2 OTA (HTC needs to stop spending time patching holes and more time releasing the goods... it's not like they lose money either way =p).
sooooooo thanks!

This is what we know so far about the build. I'm making this thread only to supply the link for the update so that hopefully we can start figuring out how we can use it (if at all). 2nd-init is a possibility, and sifting through the folders might yield to some breakthroughs.
Before I supply the link I want to remind everyone not to flash this on their phone.
Link:
Nate_benji's Megaupload
Multiupload link
Folders in root:
META-INF
patch
preinstall
recovery
system
webtop
ap20bl.img
bp.img

logo.bin
metadata.gpb
Looking forward to see if we can get anything from this, and lastly, thanks again to the devs.

You guys realize you can simply use the files to create an update-zip that takes out Motorola's assert checks and bootloader flash?
Very good news!
EDIT: Oops... I forgot that you don't have an unlocked bootloader to work with. It should be a bit more difficult then.
Would it be possible to re-package it with our current bootloader? I imagine this already would have been tried with other updates if it was possible.

I can't say for sure but what would be great is if we could manufacture a "fruitcake" like package that would leave our BL alone. But once again, we don't have an sbf to fall back to, so we'd need to backup all of our partitions.

The most important part is that you shouldnt be flashing anything, also, its an OTA
Ok what about this nv flash where you have to have the special cable? Would it be possible for non at&t ATRIX phones to use that method to flash our unlockable bootloader then use the the files from the rom you now have and make a fruit cake? Just theory I don't think I've read of anyone doing nv flash.

You can just replace some of the files, the rest need to be patched which will be a pain.

Hi,
Is this the latest Bell GB build?
Can't you just use CWM and edit out the bits in updater that reference ap20bl? And delete ap20bl.img as well of course.
Is there a better boot loader out there that fixes the ram issue? Maybe a swap in would be a better idea.
This OTA is a patch so you will have to be on Bell's 37.23. I backed up all my .23 partitions if anyone needs them. I was able to get back to .23 without unlocked boot header from ORGB using edited French 2.1.1, just removed all fs code groups basically. Fuse still the same though (cat /sys/firmware/fuse/ReservedOdm=20002000200004000) .
Cheers!
I'd like to update my IncS to the latest Radio, but am a bit leery of doing so without being able to check the md5, which isn't posted for the latest in the official radio thread in the dev forum.
Can anyone post and confirm the correct MD5 for 20.2811.30.085AU_3805.09.03.27_M?
I am currently using this radio on my Inc S and have had no issues with it.
The MD5 checksum on the copy I have (according to WinMD5Free) is 9390ece690723402f272737f8e3aeaec

I always use the command line option to push the radio file to my device. Check this thread for instructions but make sure you are pushing a Gingerbread radio if you have a GB ROM.
I would suggest also reading the thread to get a good understanding of the whole process.

i know that many people give this warning when it comes to flashing radios, but, in reality, it's difficult to brick your phone while flashing a new radio.
unless you are doing something really dumb by pulling the battery during the flash
