Hey
I've been making a gingerbread theme from the leaked pics, so far I've done the status bar icons and status bar Ive also done a modded adw launcher, but I cant install today so i was wondering if someone could please test it out for me? Thanks
Get the whole theme here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=861658
Tested and working on T-Mobile G1, CM6.1RC1. Had to delete the system ADW to use it, but I'm on it now and it's slick. Settings all seem to work. What did you change, other than a few images?
Images just for now, the rest will come later
Thanks alot btw
Heres what ive got so far

From what I see you need to turn down the green a little and flip the battery. Also I think if you greenify the WiFi icon from Simplistic it'll look a lot like the one in the pic
Okay thanks, although what I could tell the picture looks faded some how, so I added a little more vibrance
I will work on flipping the battery also
EDIT: Also here is a non faded looking pic

Hey all.. after a long, long search for an awesome wallpaper to match the Gingerbread theme, I found this one and thought I'd pass it along.

MIUI Mod ROM's have almost this exact same look and app drawer scrolls to the sides, iPhone style.
You can find varius flavors of them in the Nexus One Android Development forum here at XDA.
I use ADW EX and it has the option to add something like that.
You can change the color of the box
Thank you both for your suggestions. I'll try em both out. I like that on the Samsung it chooses the color based on the icon. It's more aesthetically pleasing to my eye.
Anymore suggestions are welcome.

You can get the touchwiz launcher here. I'm not sure how up to date it is or if it'll even work with GB but it's only an apk and can be uninstalled easily.
Hi Guys this is my imagination of hybrid of AOSP+ VenomSense..!
May be themer's and modder's in our community get inspiration from this..
its kind of modified sense
Even I might try some other day to make it reality

home screen is sense home with clock but at bottom launcher UI from AOSP (UI ONLY not AOSP launcher it self)
by removing bottom sense icon for all, frequent, downloaded as well as name of search, store, menu from top we can save value-able space and introduce one more row of apps
Quick settings can be scale down both icon and font.It feels very heavy..
may be quicksetting from AOSP ..
Where did you get all the pictures from? Or did you photoshop them?

Would be very interested in that!
I just created a transparent widget for Pandora instead of the ugly original one and thought I'd share with the community

Also, I'm really surprised at how little attention you're getting for this 0.o it makes my home screen look so much better!
I'm gonna start linking people to your post when the subject arises.

likely because there's already an entire catalog of transparent widgets right here, including pandora. and if you leave a link to an apk requesting transparency, it is usually granted
sorry, don't mean to take anything away from the op
=-O that makes sense! thanks for the link
