[Q] Where can I get a panel like this? - XPERIA X1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

At the moment the panel I am using is the one with the light beige background and 'XPERIA' written on it and looks like the Today screen. Basically I have found out that this is the only panel that cannot be modified but it has all I need.
So I just want a panel that has all the same stuff and the same design but has an additional clock from a different time zone.
Does such a panel exist?
Thanks.

I suggest you use SPB Mobile Shell.. It gives you a much better view to your WM homescreen, and you can add widgets which is fully customizable..

That's why it's an HTC program. Why don't you use SPB Mobile Shell which is just the same?!?!?
very nice
works soo great on my kaiser
really appreciate it,thanks the guy from pxdxa~~
and i have a question:
i install your attachment, and just have the clock and msg,no green icons~
the green icons on your screen(the quick links?) are htchomeplug, right?
yep, you need to go to the settings - today - and there is one more tab - plus! - where you can setup what you will see or not. just setup it here
It's interesting, very minimalist compared to the HTC Home. I wish they would have added Tab support as in the Home plugin, so we could switch to contact photodialing, quick launch etc.
The existing quick launch along the bottom is nice, especially being able to add any program to it (and drag icons to re-arange their order). But it's only one line, having to click on an arrow to scroll through them. Expanding it to display more lines, or perhaps even the entire screen (if needed) would have been nice.
I'll be sticking with HTCHome for now, maybe use Plus! to add 1 row of quicklaunch icons and not display the clock/mesage indicators.
(unless I am misunderstanding what this app does):
Just to let you guys know, your Kaisers should already be pre-installed with the Quicklaunch icons (with one additional for backlight) prior to installing this app. Go to "settings>today>items". Look through the list and check the box next to "HTCHomeplug" (Not htc home). The only difference is the icons aren't green.
ee, i do not agree. thchomeplug is someting different from this. icons are smaller then on quicklink and you can not customize it..
disagree

you can customize htchomeplug search for either the thread started by me or search for registry under kaiser upgrading and you can customize the new htc tray app using the same registry keys
yep, already found that and it was posted HERE
the problem that i find with this home plug in is that the quick link to the txt, mms and e-mail are all liked to the same main page of Messages, not individually like the htc home plugin v.2... can you fiz that issue, or can any one fix that??

Spb Pocket Plus

Hello everyone,
I have a rookie question...
I just bought SPB Pocket Plus, mainly because the people from the the thread where you show your today screen had magnificent screens and said that they got there from pocket plus, and was wondering how you get the skins/themes/ whatever they are called. I liked the iPhone looking one i tried 'googleing' it and nothing close to what I was looking for. Thanks in advance for any help!
look around
It's opinion on what's the best theme. Just make sure you're catching the difference between programs and themes. HTC Home is popular but isn't really a theme. In SPB shell there is a quick way to switch theme colors, and then just pick a Today screen. I would look around a but for posts on today screens to get a feel for what you like.

This post has tons of examples.

Hi:
There are no Pocket Plus themes per se. You can change the icons to your liking, so they go well with any theme you choose.
You can find icons for Pocket Plus here:
http://www.spbclub.com/forum/viewto...tart=585&sid=1f6b7201264cbff68b5a4f341b2cee91
The Today theme is different than Pocket Plus. Pocket Plus is just one aspect of it.
For example, I will post my Today screen below. At the top the 5 icons are SPB Pocket Plus, right below that is HTC Home (that includes the clock, indicators, and five icons right below it. Below that the voicemail indicator, and bluetooth toggle are SPB Phone Suites. In addition, there is a separate Today theme (which includes background, and the color of your text (as you can see, my theme is all black , but you can also choose backgrounds with wallpaper etc.)
Anyway, I hope this helps

Dude why do you have 2 clocks on your today screen?

Lol, very easy explanation. I like the look of HTC Home, but the small clock is visible in all programs. So, if I am online, or whatever I still know what time it is.
It's so funny, I have shown my Today screen to tons of people, and you are the first to question this. I think others just assumed there was a purpose for it
Yeah, I thought of that right as i posted. lol

The time is displayed on the upper right corner of the main home screen not to mention on the lock screen...need another clock?
I'd be interested too in this, something like the HTC Sense one on Android which shows the time and the weather?
I too missing that Big Analog clock and weather update on home screen after updating to WP7 from 6.5 on my HTC Hd2.
Anyways we can get that on WP7 ????
you could use htc hub ...

That hub is actually not really a nice solution.
The lack of "pimping" ability actually brought me back to WinMo (as well as the fact that there´s still no decent navigation software officially available for WP7, an epic fail of MS, they should have pushed that - I´ll need it for my summer vacation).
The newer WinMo ROMs are also fast and stable, plus I can personalize as much as I want. Happy I´m back to my clocks.

Change appearance of the quick setting/notification panel

Hi,
I'm wondering if there is a way to get a stock Android/Pixel like looking notification and quick setting panel/menu for EMUI 9.1 (I just like its simple icon style and the darker background compared to the particularized bright EMUI appearance).
Something like that is what I'm looking for.
I already found some information on launchers etc., but it doesn't seem to affect the panel in the top:
https://blog.en.uptodown.com/simulate-android-stock-huawei-emui
https://theunlockr.com/huawei-p20-stock-android/
This XDA icon pack does not seem to yield the desired results either (regular app icons are changing, not the top panel though).
Thanks for some info
The only way is to use PowerShade.
It creates an overlay on top of the stock notification panel.

We have to wait untill EUMI 9.1 themes will be available. 9.0/9.0.1 themes are not compatible.

Alright, I tried these kind of apps now and it doesn't really seem to be of any convenience. A lot of system permissions have to be set and then it only works for the drop down menu, but not the actual notification panel at the top.
Thanks though!

Sorry but this is all new to me. You mean we just have to wait until a custom made Android-like looking theme pops up in huawei's theme gallery?
I'm not sure if this is what you're after, but I really like this theme, and it gives dark notifications and volume slider...

Yes, right. There is no other way to change it. Some custom themes compatible with emui 9.1 are already on line.
