I flashed my phone to I9000 kernel and Tayutama's most recent ROM:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=774950
I like the theme that comes on it, it looks more polished than stock.
Any chance someone could port it to Captivate, (minus the sense UI crap) and make it an update.zip?
Link to original creator/thread of the theme:

I wish I knew how to do this, I'm a total Android noOb. Thanks guys.

Well, I try to help out as much as I can with everyone... Now it's my turn for some help
I've just flashed FF 2.5 and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!
But I themed it with Generation X and the blue dialer. Now I've come to the conclusion that I liked it better without the theme.
Is there any way to remove the theme/dialer without having to re-flash the ROM?

You need to flash a revert.zip that has the "stock" components from the rom file. I made one for firefly (not phoenix) to "remove" the Dark Fire 4.0.1 port I made for Dfuse's original theme. Its uploading now, and I'll post the d/l link for you when it finishes.
Here you go: FIREFLY 2.0+ only!
Download: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16724383/Firefly_Stock_Revert.zip
Flash this through clockworkmod just like any other theme. It will take you back to stock firefly 2.0.5.
Thanks!
This is essentially just flashing the "Stock" theme back?
Just for future reference, this is only gonna be good for reverting back to FF 2.x?
CWM?
Is there any way to return to stock theme on Serendipity 5.0? I love the rom but still want to stick with stock theme.

Are you talking about a TRUE stock look? Like "fresh out of the box, the first time you turned on the phone" stock? Or stock Serendipity with no themes applied?
The "theme" I posted above is not true Captivate touchwiz stock. Its stock Firefly rom, so it restores the framework to look like the first time you boot the phone AFTER flashing Firefly. Its only purpose is to remove any theme you may have applied over the Firefly rom.
If you have not flashed a theme over Serendipity, you have stock Serendipity.
If you have flashed a theme over Serendipity, and want to return to stock Serendipity, you need a revert theme that is specific to Serendipity. The one I posted above will not work.
If you want a true stock Captivate theme that works on Serendipity, that's a whole nother beast entirely.
Hey Everyone:
I just have a simple question. I am running a Telus Fascinate with Darky's 9.5 and would like to install a custom theme. Are themes phone specific (ie. Telus Fascinate or I9000 or Vibrant) or are they based on either Froyo, Gingerbread, etc??? Everything to do with my phone seems difficult and I am not sure if themes are this way also. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated..

Yeah themes vary from rom to rom, android version to android version. So to answer your question yes themes are phone/rom/android version specific. So I would advise you to seek out themes based on your rom of choice for your device. Happy flashing
NOTE:
Guys I know he should have posted this in QnA but his question is answered so dont break out the pitch forks and torches lol...
damn i was just beginning to sharpen mine
hello, does anyone has/knows if there is stock theme for Hyperdroid cm7 2.1 ?
I've been searching for a long time, but had no luck. and I tried other themes for hyperdroid, but still no luck.
I actually don't like the lockscreen theme (sliders) and the fonts.
Download the rom
I think he means a theme that will make it look like stock Android. I would like to see this as well.
ditto, would like to know the same thing
Title says it all, can someone port the theme for us Cog 5.1 users?

PLZ!!! or AtomicFusion! (same)
Same here port for AtomicFusion would be great
I might be interested in ported my version from Continuum. I've been a bit bored besides going to MIUI.
I won't be loading the rom so I'll need a couple dedicated testers if I decide to do it.
I have been working on a stock KF1 build I created from the original leaked files. (Rooted, deodexed, zip-aligned, etc. - - I also use the Atomic Fusion Kernel for speed).
While I have been attempting to theme the build I used a non-stock dialer and got phone force closes. A revert to the stock dialer fixed that problem.
My point is that Matte Blues uses a themed dialer that might cause issues.
I will try a port if anyone wants to help.
I'd consider testing if no one else steps up.

I would test

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1467985
i just wanted to know if it makes some changes to the rom it self other than appearance .cause i like the way it works now smothe and fast dont want to make a change or to risk it
Changes are mostly cosmetic
But I didn't like it very much and went back to bloom UI on my GB ROMs
Give bloom UI a go if it's compatible with your ROM (i.e la6 or la4)

I'm not sure either so just go to themes section and search for bloom UI
Hopefully your ROM is supported.
Oh and if its not supported then look for other themes ,there was a remake of bloom UI somewhere.
