[Q] Install Blocked???

Ok iam trying to install Slideme market place and its telling me its blocked..I am rooted i used Z4...What do i do?

I am not on that rom but try this, go to settings, applications, make sure unknown sources is checked off

Have you successfully side loaded any apps, is it enabled on your device?

You will need to enable non market apps

You have to enable sideloading. Search for it on youtube. There are a couple videos on how to do it. Or follow the above link. Att keeps us away from bring able to set the option to side load.

Most custom roms have side loading enabled. If you were thinking of trying that

No really all i wanted to do is load some apps that where not in the reg marrket is all....

Yeah I know. You have to enable sideloading, or you can only use the apps from the market.

I do every once in awhile. sometimes I have to reboot the phone and it finally connects up to my devices. Never connects up to my keyboard anymore though.
On FroYo it was flawless bluetooth.

Yeah it was better on froyo.. hilarious how they update **** but end up making it worse..

Anyone able to get ps3 controller to work?

I have an otg cable. However I haven't figured out how to get this unrooted phone to detect it.

Need root and use the six axis app and it will work

What I mean. Is there a method that can be used for phones without root, IE an s5 through AT&T

I don't think so because it has to change the parameters to work with the ps3 controllers bt

depending on the phone you do "not" need root. It even says that on their website and sixaxis playstore app
