I need to uninstall froyo android 2.2 from my nexus one... Ive rooted my n1 n i decided to update to android 2.2 froyo. But i wanted to keep the sense UI features on the phone but froyo doesnt allow it so i want to uninstall froyo!!! Can somebody help me with this??
Get the sense ui rom you want to use. Get the old radio (not sure if this is required) wipe and flash the rom (and radio if required)

hey guys, i am using FROYO FRF91 now
and i really want to use some apps based on sense ui rom, like weather widget, msg widget, flickr, etc.
so i downloaded a sense ui rom and dumped the apps i like
use ROOT EXPLORE copied the .apk and .odex files to /systme/app folder
but after reboot my phone, it didn't work
did i doing something wrong?
or there is another way to make it work?

Yes.. you did something very wrong. You didn't search.
Just wait for the Sense UI 2.2 ROM if you want both Froyo and Sense.
Desire ROM 2.2 has been leaked and is fully working I assume, as the devs working on it say it might be out by tonight. Hopefully the Nexus will get a full port by tomorrow... No promises though

Lol tomorrow would such a nice time, but I assume its a tad bit too early. It would be really awesome though..

So I wanted just a deodexed stock version of JI6 and s0niqu3 provided one but it was unstable so I took it upon myself to make one myself.
I have ran it for several days with no problems HOWEVER it does freak out easily once you start making changes. I figure that the apk's or what nots are still depened on each other and someone needs to go in a fix that stuff. AND I am not that somebody
Or if you can show me some quick pointers I wouldnt mind figuring it all out.

Hi. I am a Sense fan and using v13 right now. I have problems with sign in/set up to my Coorp mail account. Everytime i get an error. I am absolutely sure that the configuration is right. I tried to find a solution but without luck. I also used/tried 2.2 Sense rom on my hero and had no problem. My Q is, is it possible to mod the 2.2 Sense mail.apk to make it working on 2.1 sense roms.? Also the 2.2 Sense mail.apk has the "peak time" feature which helps to save a lot of Battery time.

I don't think so because the frameworks probably aren't compatible so it would take a lot of modding and it would be very difficult.
can someone post a APK. file for the stock captivate touchwiz launcher?! searched everywhere but i cant find it!TIA
Download Cognition rom, pull from /system/app. Closest to stock without going through Kies Mini.
