Ok, So I'm looking for how to make a fully functional LCARS theme for LauncherPro or ADW launcher. I'm not talking just a background I mean widgets icons, even the dock and app drawer to all look like the LCARS interface. I realize this is extremely dorky to ask for, but I am sure someone somewhere has attempted to do it. So if possible can they post how.
I must second this request
Somebody already tried this...

Maybe you can contact him?
And here is my attempt!
The easiest route is to just use sweeterhome, they have several LCARS themes. I would give you a link but I don't have enough posts yet
This is quite the coincedence, found this 4 threads beneath yours now

I have looked at a lot of theming threads and learned two things. 1. I don't have the talent to theme. 2. I have a new appreciation for those who do.
What I want to know is how to change icons (just home screen and drawer icons). Seems there has to be an idiot proof way to do it so even an uber nerd like me can do it. Reason is that I have a great theme, but the author hasn't themed all the icons yet so some look massively out of place. So, can someone walk me through how to change up icons with stuff I might find here and there?
I can't remember the url but do a Google search on changing icons in apks. There is a good tutorial out there. I think I had found it on Android Central....

i'm new to this but the short answer is to open, not unzip, whatever rom your using. then open up, not unzip, the apk you want to play with. all that is done in anything like winzip or winrar. then open the png in photoshop or fireworks or something. do your thing then save and update zip/apk, then push new apk to appropriate folder. i would read up though before pushing anything to your phone. for any question i've had, i've found a tutorial here or elsewhere.
Folder organizer lite. All the directions are there

Hi, i just saw on a screenshot a note/to do widget that is similar to a sheet of paper and has a "coffee cup stamp" on the bottom right, i think that it is pretty characteristic, can you help me?
Thanks

I thought I'd tried all of the to do widgets out there, but this one doesn't look familiar. If no one knows, check out GO Notes widget -- It's very MIUIish and I think has a bunch of theme options. That might even be one of them.

Also, questions usually go in the Q&A section to reduce clutter in the other sections.
Herr's my favorite To-do app, its called Any DO. The UI is just great

Thanks, i started using Any Do, while still searching for that beautiful widget in the op... maybe it's not available on the market, who knows!
Nice, it will be very useful for me
I finally found it, it's called Do it tomorrow
Hi,
I am new to this site and have been looking through all the different themes, but I can't find exactly what I am looking for and I have no idea how to go about making a theme myself. I have searched everywhere for a particular theme, but can't find anything even close, anywhere. Would it be possible to request a theme here? I have an LG Optimus phone. I would like the main color to be a light pink and more of a smooth wallpaper look, rather than a tiled wallpaper. I don't like a cluttered look at all. I really like the "girly skulls" and was hoping to have that be the main theme. Not the real looking skulls, but more of the cutesy girl skulls with big eyes and bows. If anyone can help me, It would be greatly appreciated. Below are some of the skullies that I like to give you an example of what I am talking about. And, I also love peace signs. If that could be incorporated into the theme at all without cluttering up the screen, I would love that!
If I shouldn't have posted this here, I truly apologize. Just let me know so that I can post it in the proper place.
Welcome
Hmmm try the search button I bet its already there
Otherwise make it yourself

Hey everyone, This is my first thread so please be considerate without forgetting you can help me correct my mistakes !
Well i have been looking around for a cool Watch_Dogs theme, but the few UCCW skins i have found were different from what i was looking for. So i decided to make one my own, if anyone can make this better is really appreciated. Also share it if you want, its free for everyone.
**the hotspots are not yet placed, so you are free to choose whatever you want**

Watch Dogs UCCW skin
Hi there. I don't know if this thread is actually dead... but I was hoping someone can help me with this project of mine.
I've seen the Watch Dogs ctOS UCCW skin but its been deleted. So I decided to make my own. After a whole day I came up with this (check attatchment). Can anyone help me get it to fit atleast a 4.0" screen without it distorting any text? Or do you think I should do it all in UCCW instead of an Image?
And I know it might look to you that I'm a noob at this... it because I am, but only at UCCW. I'm better at Rainmeter
Wish the app could be ported to work on the Linux based Android platform.
Anyway please help me
Hi, I think it would be better a working widget. Rainmeter is such a nice program, and based on that maybe you should use zooper widget. Maybe you should look for someone might have the apk
hey guys...
i got a simple but somehow unusual question and i didn't know where to put it... so i thought off topic isn't the worst idea...
i little background: the first smart device i was able to afford, was an ipod touch 2nd gen... it was cool and it was cheap... but didn't have any mobile phone funktions... anyway... it was cool... but i had to jailbreak it... because i can... xD after a short time i found a very cool icon theme for ios... called glasklart... https://www.glasklarthd.dreamnet.at/about
https://github.com/glasklart/hd
then i wanted to have a smartPHONE... but i didn't have 800€... and i also didn't like the golden jail... so i bought an android... and after some time i wanted to have a different icon theme... so i was searching for glasklart for android and found an app...
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.go.launcherex.theme.kxnt.glasklart
not all apps i used had an icon, but it was ok... after some time i sent the dev an email and asked if he would add icons i would send him... i got neither photoshop nor any photoshop skills... but i can do a few things with gimp, so i though i might be able to do some basic icons, or maybe find someone who might help... idk...
but i never got an answer... i sent a 2nd mail months or a year later... but still no reply...
so now we come to the question i have:
am i the only one thinking that glasklart is the most beautiful, straight forward icon pack... and loooks soo nice on amoled screens? or is here maybe someone else, maybe with photoshop/gimp skills, who might be willing to help me creating some missed icons?
i don't know much about the license... but since the icons + templates are hosted at github i guess it must be open source... but i don't know if it is ok, to use the icons out of the android app, because there is at least a base for android...
TL;DR : make glasklart great again... \o/
