Hi all!
specifically, i want the javamanager build: 20070822.21 as this seems to play a game that i've always wanted to play.
(tibiame btw ... if someone would like to try it on a different java manager then http://www.tibiame.com/home/?language=en&subtopic=download&gold=0 )
because i like this specifc java manager, i want to lift it from my default Orange stock rom.
in the rom i see:
jbed.exe
jbed.exe.0409
would i be able to just copy these files to a new rom or would something more complicated be needed?

ok it worked .. just those files and TibiaME plays on my old Hermes aswell as the Kaiser! finally an app that with only 2 files can you get it to work

... yes there is a build with sense - take a look in that thread:
Android With HTC Sense, 3D and sound (by LENINred)
It is fairly fast after some initial configuration and some restarts.
The only disadvantage of that build in comparion to the most others is: It uses Android 2.1

does it contains google goggles and the space application or is it a fresh clean android?

If you take files from XDAndroid and the extended file (system.ext2) from LeninRed you have Froyo 2.2 and HeroSense.
I have it installed on my Topaz with thel latest TestKernel and it works like a charme.Sometimes the LockScreen hangs,then softreset your device.
Camera is not working.(see List on XDAndroid)

Id like to use Android Sense with WIFI . Would it works if i compil system.ext2 and XDAndroid ?

pego what files did you use from leningrads and what from the froyo build.....i tried just replacing the system.ext2 file and had no success

Take all files from XDAndroid and the system.ext2 from LeninRed,delete old data.img and calibration.ts.
Take your startup.txt to root or andboot-folder und run haret.exe from there.

For problems with the market search to install appstore.
After installing you can searching in the appstore without crash.

You must format your sd-card first (format as fat32),then follow my instructions.
1.) Copy all files from XDAndroid to your Device.
2.) Android files are in the folder-andboot.
3.) Delete system.ext2 from XDAndroid
4.) Copy system.ext2 from LeninRed in this folder,too.
5.) Copy the new kernel -zimagexxx in this folder and rename it zimage
6.) Delete modulesxxx.tar.gz from XDAndroid
7.) Copy the modulesxxx.tar.gz form new kernel in this folder too
8.) Go to Startup Config-Folder
9.) Copy Startup.txt for your Device from the Startup Config in the andboot-folder
10.) Run Haret.exe
9.) After a while there comes a white square in the upper left screen
10.) Tap it with the stylus and then the other sqares on screen(This calibrate the device)
11.) Wait patiently -then a screen appera showing KLINUX
12.) After a long while - until 10 minutes- you can hear a sound
13.) You must wait till KLINUX is finishing,then comes the screen with the question for your simcard
14.) Be happy and enjoy

and it`s great.

You won't have a froyo build this way. You are replicaging the system.ext2 froyo build with a system.ext2 2.1 build. You will have a newer rootfs, a newer kernel but it stays a 2.1 build
You have to use "old" Leninred system.ext2

How is the keymapping after chaning the "folders"?
If you use LENINred and press the powerkey it'll bring you back to your homescreen. And if you press it twice it'll show up this overview of your seven homescreens. But if you change the stuff it'll just turn off the screen, like the end-call-key does. Is there a way to fix that?

I am trying to port the Inexus theme for CM7 to my Inc.

So I followed the steps in the Theme-porter v1.0 thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...=737526&page=2) which transfered all of the themed files i need in the app and framework folders.
I took those files and used the update.zip 2.0 program (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=717437). I tried making an update using just the app and framework folder and I also tried with the whole CM7 with the new themed files.
The trouble I am running into is that the installation in CMW 3.0.0.8 keep aborting.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?

till today, i used a DHD rom from rafpigna with revolution theme. Now, i flashed imilka RAM incredible (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=963521) with new sense version nad i am wondering now, if i can get the revolution theme here as well. I allready found it in the incredible section http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=736487
but now, i dont know, how to convert it. I allready recognized, that the files in theme-zip-file are placed in a wrong folger hierarchy, but when i tried to use the same hierarchy as my actual rom (sd-ext) and pack it as zip (winrar), it wont install. Is it that simple just to change the hierarchy or do i need something else? How may i repack it to an installable zipfile after?
