Suppose I have an Qtek 9100 with an English version of Windows Mobile 5, is it then possible to use the on hand (FTP) Dutch Qtek 9100 Rom update in order to get this Qtek 9100 updated with a Dutch WM5 version?
I'm asking because I once had a Qtek 9090 which needed a Rom update. But when I tried to use the official Qtek Rom update back then, the updating process failed due to this "Country ID error".

Try to look for a rom name xplore i had a problem after i upgraded my qtek 9100 and i installed a wm5 rom called explore
