Need help with Apps2SD (Running Regaw ROM)

I am currrently running Regaw Mod 2.1 and would like to have apps2sd. I have searched and searched and am confused.
I found a tutorial BUT it says it is for JF 1.5, what the heck is that? lol
(Sry cant post link as i am new member )
My SD Card is partitioned and ready to go.
I am fairly new to all of this as i just rooted my hero on monday. I know that some ROMs come with Apps2SD but after trying most of them i prefer to run Regaw's ROM.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?
Also, is it possible to change my kernel version to allow overclocking without changing my ROM?

Hey man. Just do a search for "a2sd" and the first result should be the one you need. Follow the instructions in there to get it installed. On my hero now or else I would get you the link. Let me know if you can't find it.

I actually ended up loading fresh 2.3.3, partitioned my card, enabled apps2sd through his rom, downloaded all the apps i normally have, and then reflashed Regaw and all my apps showed up even after wipe so i think im good now.
I tend to be a little impatient so i did all of this while i was waiting on a reply lol.

I made a huge mistake of flashing fresh to my phone. Had to flash regaw twice to get it working proper again after my nightmare with fresh. It will never touch my phone again, I can promise that!

[Q] why can't found One Click Lag Fix in the market

Hi All,
I had a problem after up To DXJPA..
I can't found One Click Lag Fix in the market..even by barcode scanner from appbrain website...
Also I can't found z4root too , and so many app that my friends can found in market using search...
I been install voodoo lag fix b4(bobotic sound while boot) also tatinum backup..
Then I downgrade to DXJF4 And to DXJPA still did't solve this problem..
What is going on?

oclf is now replaced with z4mod. its a much beter way of doing a lagfix anyway.
as for the market problems. search market fix in this forum. i'm not too sure on the details as i have never needed to use it but there is something out there for your problems.

I try to search z4mod in the market,but still did't list out from the market..
"there are no match in android market for the search:z4mod"
strange.....

You can find both of them in this forum.
Just search for the topic and look on the first post. You will find there the apk's for both.

It's possible to get them on market,
Because I had been get them in market before but after flashing and flashing I start can't found them at market...
Master can solve this..?
or I need to flash back all/While Back to Factory default...include deleteable file...

[Q] Swype not working on Continuum 3.5

The swype said it expired and no longer works. Is there a fix for this in Continuum? Any help would be appreciated.

Try a search. There are a dozen threads about this with fixes. Look in Q&A under your particular ROM, too.

i went to the swype web site downloaded the new beta version followed the instructions and got mine working

[Q] MMS problem CDMA Hero(alltel)

This morning i decided to install a new Rom on my HTC hero. I found this ROm called sensible gingerbread it is new and i really like it, but i can't send MMS or receive them! can anyone help me with this?

Did you try reinstalling a sense base ROM and send/receive a couple of texts? Usually that fixes it up, then restore back to your previous ROM.

Which version did you load? If you are using nfinite version you have to use firerat mod set up.

i tried that. it is still not working I have an alltel phone idk if that has anything to do with my problem, because most of the sprint users have no problems

i got this from here it works for me on alltel i use it on all rom's

uncheck the box at the top.
the second line should read
http://mms.alltel.net/servlets/mms it could be alltel.com will look it up and update post
the last line the port should be
port 80
back out of mms.flash apk
you will see a popup saying htc messaging updated.
done

Fasty Themeing

I am trying to find themes for Fasty rom. I really like this rom and don't really want to flash another rom. If anyone knows of any themes for Fasty please post. Also if anyone has gotten netflix to work on Fasty please post the apk, ive been looking for weeks none have worked.

Go to Fastys OP on there he has a link to where you can get themes I think he is just starting on that theme page .very nice rom he does good work.

Yeah he does the only thing is im already using the one theme he has on there and i just put this out there because ive seen in a few places where people have made there own modded themes.

I was told that themes from other KB1 roms will work with Fasty, but I haven't tried it yet. I'm on Fusion (KB1) right now, and it looks like there are a few good themes.

I don't know if you got one to work (Netflix app). I just uninstalled the one I restored with TB and downloaded it from the market. It works fine for me now (Fasty 2.4)

Did you edit any of the system information? I ask because I just installed the one off the market and im still getting an error saying to check if im connected to the internet and check my time and date settings.

No, I didn't edit anything. Im not that advanced, would be nice though.
I had one saved in TB from some time ago but never tried it... I saw your post and assumed it would fail as well so I just download the one off the market and it worked without a problem.

Try this one, let me know if it works. This one has worked for me in the past prior to downloading the one from the market.

It was outdated but thanks anyway. I swear I read of all these people posting that oh i went to 2.3 and netflix worked thats bs i just went to cognition and still nothing.

Sorry it didn't help man. If you're on Cog and it still won't work I don't know what to tell you. I've been able to use Nextflix across a few Roms that I've been trying recently. I gave you an old one I had because I knew for sure that one worked. Sorry man, I hope someone with a little more know how will be able to assist.

Netflix now works just straight out of the market.

I'm downloading and hope it works for me. I have had bad luck with it too. Thanks for the app.
