Apps on Boot - Motorola Droid and Milestone General

I've been noticing lately that there are a few unnessarry apps loading on reboot. Things like photoshop and the XDA dev app.
Is there a way to control what loads on boot?

Thanks for the compliment .
I'm aware it's in different roms and was hoping to install a standalone app to try first.

Don't really know as I haven't used that function with the app. Someone will likely come through with an answer.
The app is getting more problems.... I now have to login everytime I open this app.... what's happening!?!?!?!
It also Force Closes if you try to search.
For the freaking XDA app, you'd think they could round up a couple people who knew what they were doing...

same issue here. I tried loading the first nf app that was out. I can get in and see my queues. But installing the new one by fresh, I get the login in screen and that is all. if install the new over the old, it just quits.
Could have posted this in any of the dozen existing threads on this. Should have been in the Apps subforum. Seems like there's varying degrees of success with those already trying it.

I didn't see one posted in the Captivate forum. ANd the reason why I posted it here is because I think the Evo users tweaked it for their phones. It's working for them.
I think we might have to tweak it as well.
Anyways, did you guys wait for the update?

The other threads are in the Apps subforum (and a couple in Q&A). That's where this belongs. What update are you referring to? Does the app auto-update after install?

By working you mean you can stream a movie? What ROM and version are you running?
It installed, but every time I try to log in, it closes. And I have a Netflix account.

For it to work, you need to let it autoupdate itself. I'm going to give it a try.

So? According to Netflix this should not work on any device with a Hummingbird processor regardless of what ROM it is running. The only aspect of "working" that anyone cares about is streaming an actual movie. Anything else is just more FAIL.

It's so annoying seeing 15+ system apps running, although it's nothing compared to TouchWiz !
But yeah disable them using Chef's Freezer, App Quarantine or Titanium.

There's some apps which normally can do this, Autorun Manager, Autostart Manager in ROM Toolbox and few other. Unfortunately none of them works on Xperia ROM. Something in the Sony ROM prevent app from reading receivers.
Edit : started a new thread in XZ section, but looks like nobody care : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2212544
I wanted to offer a reward via paypal for the one who find a solution but need people to contribute with me few $ to motivate devs...

are you using an app that creates an overlay, like a screen dimmer?
Talking about this, however its a fresh OS, not installed any bad applications. I am good user, never installing bull**** apps.
Using only PowerAMP, ES File Explorer, XDA Premium 4
Thats all installed.

if you are using an app that does an overlay, it will not let you press those kinds of buttons, and youd have to disable that app. thats the only readon that i can think of why you wouldnt be able to press the button.
again man, i dont have any kind of app you are talking about.. Fresh Os....
