Ok, i hope this wasn't addressed, but I don't believe the Captivate (or the Galaxy S line for that matter) has native support for FLAC Content. Just wondering if there are any apps or anything out there to get FLAC support on the Captivate? I know there were a couple mods to add FLAC into the Nexus One with Custom ROM's. Is there anything like that for the captivate?
It does in fact have FLAC support, but it's not very good with the tags. So everything is by unknown artist on unknown album.
Wow, ok cool, so do you know of anyway to get the tags correctly, I am kind of a neat freak when it comes to organizing my music (i.e. i have to have album cover and album name and artist, track, etc.) haha.

No, but "AMPlayer alpha" on the market might work, although it doesn't look as good as the built-in player.
Yeah well i would like to rip some of my CD's in to the Holy Grail Lossless format, but i would like to be able to know what song i selected, haha, hmm ill have to look at it, thanks.

I subscribe to a video podcast which comes in in mp4 format. It won't play in WMP - is there a codec I can install or some other player that can handle this format?

You need to search buddy! TCPMP is the most common and the best player around to play many formats.
lol I did search and found a bunch of different topics. I just thought it would be nice to have people's direct feedback in one topic; PLUS, it looks like the TCPMP project was discontinued back in May.

It is the best FREEWARE player around (make sure you get the RPC2 version) but it is at least a year old now.
Coreplayer went commecial before WM6 came out and if you want to spend money on it I would suggest you wait until the New Year for the latest version that will be optimised for the 'Kaiser'

TCPMP is now converted to a commercial version titled CorePlayer. Even though it is discontinued, it is the best freeware version out there. The freeware version with the right plugins will even let you play WMV and FLV (hint: youtube video downloads).

Have you guys tried this site yet? The videos are free, but you need Flashplayer 8. I've only found 7, and it doesn't work. Can any1 think of something else? Alot of good movies and tv shows on there. Check it out

Free movies that are in theaters and out and u just watch them right from the site. May take a little depending on how fast ur computer is but its a really grand site.

How are you playing the movies on your Kaiser?
I searched but cant find the cab file for it and the only 4shared folder I found with the player is corrupt.
Anyone know if the Diamond YouTube player will work with Kaiser and where to download?

Hello guys. Im still pretty new here, but i've already got some nice help from this site. Both from asking for help and by looking at tweaks that other people have submitted. Well, i have a couple of my videos on my phone in mp4 format and i'd like to put them on here for you to download. Dunno about you, but i like having both cool and funny videos on my phone to show friends etc, so maybe you could use them, if you liked them. Its Xtreme Martial Arts/Tricking content.

No no no, sorry. You misunderstood. Thats NOT the diamonds quality. Im not even sure if Diamond can record video without lag, haha. I dont like the camera, esp not for video, unfortunately

Mind me but I think the camera is above Ok. IMO.
I dont like it, i wish it was good. Its very very slow, imo. And if theres no daylight, you have no chance Why didnt they put in a flash
Isnt there a software to download for better camera performance maybe?
