Working on Custom Icons/ LP Docks

I've started fooling around with photoshop and started making custom icons and launcher pro docks. Here's a sample of some of the stuff I've made, I just wanted to get some opinions on these (kind of new at this) as I continue working on stuff and post them. Thanks!

I put them on my screen using desktop visualizer (1x1 for the icons 2x1 for voice actions) since just replacing shortcut image makes it look too small (on my screen at least).
+Here's a bonus lp dock (I'll probably be making one to match the icons sometime):
So yeah, any thoughts/critiques on what I've made would be appreciated .

Thanks for the feedback.
I'll continue to play around with photoshop and see what else I can come up with. Is there something specific about the box icons you don't like (i.e. shape, size, color, etc...) or is it just not your thing? (I decided to make the background around the icon since I was having trouble finding properly sized icon pics to work with -just copied from appbrain) I want to get an idea of what people want and don't want to see.

Just looking for something different than the iphone looking icons. Just not my bag of tea. The icons do look nice though. I really like the color scheme also.

Let me know what you think of these. Give them a go, they look so much better on your phone in 2x2 format. I personally love them. As usual, taking any requests to build more if they're popular with the good people of XDA.

Very very nice, will give this a try on my Galaxy S with LauncherPro. Do you have a Photoshop file of the original wood icon for users to make their own, TIA?

care to share the app launcher icon as well?

These work nice with Launcher 7 but it seems odd not to have an SMS icon. Any plans to extend the collection?

[ICONS] Round Stock Icons

I made these icons sets for myself and a friend. Its my first attempt at icons, so nothing special. It started with make a nicer looking icon for google+ (and its the only one I personally really like) and I decided to do a few stock icons with a background. Icons are a little big, 400x400, but look nice on a screen. Enjoy.

I tested a few - These are great for my theme, and the perfect size when slightly optimized with desktop visualizer.
Possible for you to make a few more that I will need?
If you agree I'll let you know what icons are needed in the RoundBlack style, same size as those here

I'll be happy to give it a shot. Just let me know what you want and give me a little bit of time. I'm in school and work, so it might take me a bit to get them done, depending on my free time. I still have the backgrounds saved as .psd, so all I'd have to do is edit the icon you need and apply it.

Hello xerovius! I'm kinda new to this game, is there any possibility of finding your beautiful widgets blade theme in sulfur yellow? This is my favorite widget and would really stand out in direct sunlight if it were yellow/ sulfur yellow. Thanks for your awesome themes! You rock!

You can use these by using the app Desktop Visualizer which you change the icon individually (some prefer this method)... or you can visit my thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2043932 where I converted this, along with some of my other packs into apk so you can theme all of your icons at once.
