NEW ICONS ,, Simplified icons customized by me

This is my new customized icon set i made it for my phone and i like to share it
I wanna thank biernes_atrece for his effort in creating simplified icons which i used
and i hope you like it
and again i just customized the original icons

How to add icon pack to a theme?

Hi guys!
I've just build a theme for zenfone 5 but I don't know how to add an icon pack to it.
So where should I learn it from?
And if anyone can teach me how, I really appreciate.
