[Q] Skin replacement? - Touch Viva, MDA Basic General

Is there anything like skin replacement or any other solution for the edges of my screen peeling off?

Where the black circle is its ripped and want to know if its fixable before I buy a new screen digitizer. I tried using the touch screen and it didn't work and then I seen this.

Screen or glass replacement?

While wrestling with a shoplifter into custody I managed to Jack up my whole screen.
Does anyone know if glass replacement is possible and is there a place to buy a new screen. Or is my Gear junked?
