after attempting lag fix, i restarted phone to find that it just stops on the second galaxy s screen. i have tried to get into recovery and download mode with no success. help would be appreciated please
thankls in advance
My phone all of sudden is stuck on loop boot screen. The Galaxy Black and white screen comes with the galaxy s swirl screen, then the 3g network logo comes on, music file plays, then it starts over again.
Didn't do anything new to the phone, phone has been fine all this time.
Have voodoo lagfix on the phone installed with froyo, which was then updated to gingerbread. After which it had been working fine for last two months, no porblems.
Have gone into recovery mode, wiped cache and dalviks cache, but still no luck. Have disabled lagfix, still no good. Have wiped data/factory reset, no luck still. It just keeps repeating the boot scene over and over again.
anyone have any ideas?
Can you get into Download mode? If so, flash back to stock using Odin.
thanks got it fixed, by using this method
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=984140
wish i had found it before i factory reset the damn phone, as i lost everything.
thanks for replying.
Hello everyone,
I'm using a samsung galaxy s plus and i've flashed the ParanoidAndroid 4.0.4 rom on my phone. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1729331
I've followed the instructions and the rom itself is working great. But if i try to reboot or go into recovery mode by holding the power button and selecting either, the phone will reboot and get stuck on the samsung logo.
If i then remove and reinsert the battery, it will boot up normally. Untill i try to reboot or go into recovery again.
I've tried wiping the caches, changing kernel and even reinstalling the rom but the problem persists.
I'm really hoping someone knows more about this problem and can help me find a way to fix it, because this rom is pretty damn nice and it would be a shame to stop using it.
Thanks in advance
EDIT:
Well...don't i feel stupid now.
I seem to have fixed it by disabling "touch sounds"
Sorry for the waste of time.
My samsung galaxy ace is stuck in a boot loop. I tried putting a stock ROM onto it with Odin and that didn't work. I've cleared the cache and done a factory reset. And nothing works , It just keeps going into boot loop. Please help!
Is there anyway to fix it?

Same here. Same software, same procedure, same problem
Even same day! :/

Same Here Dude
Yeah I am too waiting for solution. When the admins or experts will reply this..
So tried of trying every solutions
i too tried clock work recovery but the screen goes blank after samsung booot logo appears after flashing cmw
i think there is bug in lolipop version
and i am regreting why i have factory reset :'(
Here is the solution.
Go to http://www.android-hilfe.de/thema/q...-zu-samsungs-gesamt-software-firmware.518903/
Choose a way to download your Stock-Rom. Then go to http://novafusion.pl/tutorials/installation-guide-golden/
Follow the instructions but use the stock-rom, not the custom rom. Reboot into downloadmode again.
Repeat but now install the custom rom. When you start it now, it will stuck at the system loading screen. But dont worry... restart into recovery mode (Vol+ + Home + Power) and go to Wipe, factory reset.
Restart and be happy.
EDIT: I could also reproduce the bug... It really happens when you use factory reset in cm.... So.. just dont use it. Start it for a factory reset manually into twrp and make there the factory reset.
