[Q] GT-9000T ProductCode - Galaxy S I9000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello from Australia,
I was hopping someone might have the un-branded GT-9000T Product code so I can flash/delete the 26 applications and two start up screens my provider (Telstra) has tried to wreck my phone with.
Any help would be great : )
Below is what I have now. The main thing is the 850hz band.

hi
its not been made available in the uk in the near future i have had a e-mail back from samsung and the one in america wont work in europe as its cda based but it is triband.
That is true, the one in the US is the SCH-i700, which is CDMA based, and it is triband, but not the triband you think of. It is 800-MHz Analog, 800 MHZ CDMA, and 1900 MHZ CDMA. Nothing in common
A GSM version is coming up, it is called the SGH-i700. It is identical to the CDMA version except for the radio, and for the download speed (CDMA is faster)
The issue is, with GSM handsets, they must go into retail via carriers, and that sometimes make the device unavailable in the market for many months after being released by manufacturers. But with esatblished handset ODMs, many retails take the chance on them and buy directly from manufacturers, as it is the case with Nokia and Ericsson.
Given that sasung is aslo an established ODM, I do think availabilty outside carrier's offering won't be an issue, and it won't be late either.
I am just crossing my fingers for that!
By the way, maybe you want to consider the following devices too:

Unlocking a US T-Mobile HD7?

Hey All,
I'm very interested in getting an HTC HD7 but because I live in South Africa it's going to be a bit of a mission.
At the moment, the T-Mobile version from Amazon.com is the cheapest and due to the fact that I have some family in the States, I will be able to get it over here easily.
Now, I would like to know if the T-Mobile HD7's will be locked (I assume they will be) and if so, if it will be possible to unlock them? I would assume it will be possible but wouldn't want to buy the device only to find out that it doesn't work .
Second of all, is the T-Mobile hardware any different to the UK version? Does T-Mobile use some special frequencies for 3G that would make it incompatable with the South Africa Cellular Providers?
Thanks for any and all assistance,
Jonno
at&t does not have an HD7. In The USA, only T-Mobile has the HD7.
For specs on the device, you should take a look at the official page:
http://www.htc.com/www/product/hd7/specification.html
Haha, whoops - thanks for that, updated the post.
It appears that the HD7 is Quad Band and so should work for all countries (unless T-Mobile gets some other hardware version, which seems unlikely).
hey. Jonno. I pm'd u.Give me a call if you get a chance.Thanx

Does this mean that I can use a UK hd7 on t-mobile 3g network? What about ATT 3g?
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App
Can I unlock the T-Mobile HD7 ?!
I Would to known also it can work in the international 2100MHz network

[Q] Phone regional settings

Hi guys, my first post so would like to say hello firstly and glad I found a dedicated forum on WP7 and the HD7!
Anyway, I've just bought my very first WP7 and HTC handset which was from an eBay shop based in the UK.
The phone came with a EU plug so it's obviously not a UK phone but that's ok. What I am worried about though is that settings such as the radio and keyboard don't have the UK listed as an option. The radio setting only has 'World, North America and Japan' and the keyboard only has 'English US'. I did have to change the region to UK as it was defaulted to AU.
Any ideas if I can get UK listed and if it would even make a difference? Not really worried about the keyboard to be honest, but I have found the radio to be very poor - I can only pick up one station which is BBC Radio 1, and even that is quite temperamental.
Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.

Galaxy Note5 N920T - ROM compatibilities

Hello everyone. First off, some back history. I have a Note5 N920T that I bought 4 months ago give or take in hopes to sell it and buy a Note7 later. Before that, I owned a Note 3 N900A that I managed, thanks to this page and their geniuses, to flash a few ROMs. I know they could've been many more ROMS but due the locked bootloader I was very limited by it. So I decided that the phone after the N900A should be bootloader unlocked. I knew that one of the main carriers in USA that doesn't have the habit to lock the bootloaders was T-Mobile and they have the same band compatibilities than here in my country, which is Peru,South America. But I want to customize the phone, and a few days ago I tried installing TWRP but I got stuck with a bootloop, even though I did everything that was said on the forum. I've been surfing all over the web and there are many pages saying it is posible, then others saying otherwise. My point here is to get a "One page Answer" where everyone who is interested in flashing a ROM on the N920T can find the best way without the risk of bricking the handset. I want to flash a ROM that is based on the N920I or N920G ROM cause they have more compatible bands with my home carrier "CLARO", basically I'm interested in the bands 7 (700 Mhz) and 28 (2600 Mhz) which here are used for LTE Advanced, T-Mobile ROM won't use them and it only connects to the Band 2 (1900 Mhz). So, it would be great that people post here pages where you can find procedures which can help you to flash ROMs on the N920T other than the T-Mobile's. I think everything I'm saying is possible cause there are no difference between models in the hardware matter, it is not that I'm trying to put a Qualcomm ROM on an Exynos phone as all Note5 are Exynos and hardware specs are the same among all models. I want to thank in advance for your kind help and sorry if I broke any rules from this page. Hopefully my intentions aren't misunderstood.
Ps.- Sorry for the long post also.

Best region with all the features (SpO2, BP, ECG)

I'm planning on changing regions but I'm not sure which one to use. What would you guys recommend?
Also, can this be done after a reset of the watch or do I have to go through the whole CSC process?
I was asking myself the same question last night. I searched all the threads related to BP and region change with no luck.
I was also trying to find the combination and stock roms for TK1 version but seems like all the sites that have the files are pay to download. (I don't mind paying but paying around $20 to get 2 files?)
Anyway, if anyone know the answer to the OP's question, I will also appreciate it.
ZTO everything works
Hi everyone, I’m writing from Italy.
In October I bought a galaxy watch3 LTE from Amazon.USA and imported it here in Italy, cause it was not available yet here, it was released in the lte version only recently.
I didn’t know that the watch was not compatible here in Italy, but only for the US, and after the last update of a week ago I’m having issues with the watch, like connection problems, notifications not appearing on the watch and also the LTE is not working.
I tried to contact both Samsung US and Amazon US, but they both told me that they cannot do anything to help me, no replacement or return, nothing.
So I searched online if there was a way to change my watch software from US to Italy, and with my extreme surprise I found out that there is the possibility to change the region of the watch to every country in the world.
My questions are: what can I do to change the region of my US galaxy watch3 LTE? There are any compatible ways to do that? Will the change of the region prevent my watch to get future updates? And after the change will I be able to use LTE here in Italy?
Thanks to everyone who will reply!!
P.S. I have to change the current SM-R845U (that is a US version) to an SM-R845F (that should be an Italian version, right?)
