just like the title says, Outlook 2007 won't sync on vista with my wing.
Any solutions?
are you using the stock rom that came installed on the wing?
no, i'm using this one
PDAVIET Touch Flo Professional Rom v4.12.07.11
Mine works with WM6, Vista, and Outlook 2007. I'm using the factory rom though.
the thing is is synced 6 contants, but it won't sync the rest
There is a known issue with older rom's not syncing contacts.... upgrade to the newest rom.

Anyone able to dail from their calendar from WM6? I am on a Tilt running WM6 with Mobile Office 6.1 but it is not working for me ....
should be:
tel:xxxxxxxxxx
in the notes of any calendar item but not for me....
here is the Microsoft URL .....
http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsMobile/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2430713&SiteID=65&mode=1
figured it out.. think I have found a bug ... i was initially using my PC updating my calendar item in the notes and then letting MS AS sync the change to the phone ... never got that to work ... but if i just add the number to the notes on my PC then Sync to the phone ...then go into the phone and add tel: to the front of the number as well as a space after the number - it works!
Is there a way to do this without having to edit the appointment on the phone?
is there a registry tweak or CAB file that will automatically recognize phone numbers and emails in the calendar?
Also, I noticed it is not possible to this in the subject line, only the notes.
I don't understand why this is automatically done in WM 6 standard on my Moto Q and not in WM 6 pro on my Kaiser. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Are you able to to sync your notes with my WM6 device ?
I use MS Outlook 2003.
In the included screenshot, you can see that I can not check 'Notes', because there is no checkbox.
I have tried to delete the ActiveSync partnership, and create a new one, but the problem is still the same.
I moved a few days ago from my WM5 (HTC TyTN) to a WM6 device (HTC Kaiser). With my HTC
TyTN, I could sync my notes without problems.
Thanks for any help, Chris
I must precise that I have WM6 Professional, so Notes should be available, isn't ?
I heard that Smartphone do not have Notes, but I am not using a smartphone.
For the last few months I have been unable to send text, but I could recieve texts. This seems to have resolved itself after I synced with Windows 7/Office 2010 beta on second machine. After I sync now with Outlook 2007 on my main XP machine texting is still working.
Not sure that was what cured the problem. Because at about the same time I created a new contact on the phone and noticed texting had become available. Whichever changed things I can now text any of my contacts.
But an ongoing problem is syncing the calendar. If I create an appointment on the device it syncs to outlook 2007. However if I create the appointment on the pc it does not sync to the phone. It has worked previously
Any advice would be sincerely welcomed
Using AT&T Tilt with 02 Xda Stellar rom Win Mobile 6.1
try deliting the partnership in activesync on your phone and both pc's and do a new "first time" sync, maybe that will help
Same?
i have the same problem! but with my father's phone (HTC Blackstone (HD)) as well as mine (HTC TYTN II). deleting the partnership does nothing! i found i have to link up my phone via the activesync cable , but this is a problem when im in a rush or something and i have to turn on the computer...
we both have wm 6.1 running on our devices maybe thats it?
Hi all, I need advise, I have a phone with WM 6.5.3 Asus M10 and now I have bought a new phone Lumia 532I wanted to transfer contacts and SMS messages from your old phone and no application is not transferred.
Application of the Nokia report the number of contacts, but does not migrate contacts, sms can not read the number.
Please for advice on to transfer this data.
I thank you all very much.
for contacts try Google sync...
once when you sync contacts to Google, you sync to Windows Phone or export from google to microsoft account...
SMS and others forget...
