Hay mate for arabic and urdu the rom i found yet is Amestris rom he has bulletin support for these language and the message seems normal no breaking

[Q] is my rom odex or not?

Newbie here I'm on the latest onecosmic rc4.2 how can I check if my rom is odex or not?

The easiest way is, to look (via root explorer or something else) in system -> apps. There you can see apps with the ending odex or deodex ...
