[Q] Root & Lagfix for the new firmware: I9000JHJP4

Hi ,
The new froyo firmware (JHJP4) released yesterday , so what`s the proper way to root & whats the best Lag fix for this rom ?
some users report that rooting with JPH kernel causes camera problems...
