This Theme is basically a cut and paste job and I make no claims other wise! It has been tested on Deodexed EB01 and SC2.92. It is my first theme port so I wasnt expecting all that much and my photo shop skills are limited. So please keep that in mind. Yeah, I had alot of anxiety over the dialer. The original theme uses the honeycomb dialer. I tried to darken it up a little but its still not my cup of tea. Ill try a couple more things before release. Thanks for feedback.......

Not long 2-3days depending on what feedback I get. I Also want it to be clean and being that I just finished it up Id like to test it for a day or two before I release it and end up dealing with the NUKE that is created by releasing without feedback or testing, as I wont have much time to update after this week. Sorry for the teaser.

I also don't like the payphone idea. Having it separate would be nice though so more people can get what they want.
A nice transparent blue dialer could be sweet. But I don't know how hard that is.

Ok guys so after scratching my head and smoking cigarette after cigarette I have finally completed my own rom. some of you know me from helping aamikam and chingy and i still will be but, i wanted to release some of my own work. Pretty nice sense rom especially for your first! I like the themed xda and notification pull down. Everything feels snappy. Also like the simple lock screen and the themed flip clock. I don't really use FB so can't really comment on that. The blue text on the left side of the themed keyboard does kind of bother me but other than that it's alright, the HTC keyboard isn't really my favorite but I do prefer the black keyboard to the stock white one. Themed market is nice and I like the green highlights around icons on keypress, it matches the green wallpaper nicely. Custom boot animation would definitely be nice but I'm sure you're already on that. As ross said the evo camera would be cool as well. Might be handy to include a file explorer too. Overall, good work, I've been into AOSP lately but I like having a good sense rom(s) to come back to. As long as you're updating I'll be checking it out!

Top-notch work bro. I was looking for a "stock"/conservative, Sense based rom. Since I dig the RE-Eng roms, I was all over this. It's zippy, lag-free, and polished.
Mos def lookin' forward to your future releases.

Man, I want to try this out, but I've finally got IncROM set up right where I want it. Can anyone compare this to IncROM or Magnolia for me, assuming you've tried them out? Trying to figure out if this whole "optimized" thing makes a discernible difference, before I invest a couple hours backing things up and resetting everything. Thanks.

Ok I'm a little confused. From what I read over at the fascinate forum, this was achieved by adding an xml and images to framework-res.apk, and adding an xml to twframework-res.apk.
but when I look at your .zip, I see a systemUI.apk that's apparently being flashed to /system/app...browsing the apk, I see that you added the images and edited the xml that would normally be in twframework-res, however I can't find the xml that would have to be added to framework-res....and a bunch of other files and folders that I didn't think would need flashed...
So I guess my question is, how did you accomplish this? I would have thought that same steps would be needed as for the fascinate, and the two framework apks would need to be edited directly. This whole systemui.apk just has me a little confused....
A little help would be much appreciated as I'm dipping my feet in to themeing...

I'm running marcusant v7 rom. The only thing it changed was the 3g,wifi and the widdgets on the notification pull down back to stock looking. Look at the pic I posted up on the first page

Ahh..my bad. Just read the link you posted...I had figured it would have been the same...so, on that note, what is exactly is systemui.apk and what purpose does it serve? Does it replace framework-res? Or is it something that wouldn't normally come with our gingerbread build and we're just adding it in there?

in gb they split the statusbar functions away from the framework and tw framework and put it all in one system_ui.apk

Not bad Deano! The only thing I think you need to change is the font of the Clock in the status bar to something more suitable. Other than that, everything seems to blend really nicely. Nice job!

No hotspot hack, there is crt and overscroll, and no aniamated dropdown.

Thanks for the quick answers. Do you know if drag and drop via 7zip would break anything? I assume yes. Any chance you are able to incorporate all into one? I actually like red matrix and think it could do well with this theme. Sorry to ask for so much but I am not comfortable theming my Epic as I was my Moment. I understand if you can't just asking. Thanks!

Well you can extract the apk with 7zip and edt only images... and then all you have to to is make it a zip in 7 zip and then change the fle from framework-res.zip to framework-res.apk.

Ok the theme is fresh, looks really good but I want to report the "issues" I'm having... I installed the theme over ERA legendary RC 2.1, and although I've got the Lockscreen parts and lockscreens are working I basically cannot change a thing with the statusbar. i mean the togggles aren't scrollable, the clock can't be changed, etc... this is known correct?

Gotcha, no problem and thanks for your work Bro...on this....and your other projects.. Man this is really a nice looking theme..

First of all, nice theme. I was a little excited reading the title, thinking it would be the 10locks port of the ACS v5.5 ROM, but no luck here.
I simply love the theme in that ROM: clean blue and easily readable without being too plain, not too bright and not too dark. I know there's gitusum's theme too..

Was that this one from this post? Haven't tried it yet. Is it standalone theme flashable over most ROMs, or an update for 5.5 only? If a standalone, that would be a great link to have on your Revival ROM thread.

Does the dial screen have that watermark that dominant? My old eyes may have a hard time making out the letters when I need to spell out a name.

Just tried it. Your ICS theme works great as it is on Revival (with the exception of the red boot anim & red dialer - no biggie, easy to override). I love the HoneyComb battery semi-circles that's already there, so not sure what battery % mod for.
Btw, sorry to hijack this thread to talk about the ICS theme. It's good theme worthy of its own thread

Loving Revival ROM and all the goodness. I also think the new hijacked ACS theme compliments the ROM well and wanted to say Thanks for the Great Work! I am going to wait for the status bar mod and 1% battery before I rock it the theme as my daily driver.
