In the android themes section there is a similar topic.. And i see everybody asking about what dock do you have, or what icons do u use? Or can you please post the wallpaper.
So maybe you could make some rules that the people that want to post there screens also upload there wallpaper. And maybe say what dock or icons they are using
Something like a standard form maybe? :

5 Icons: i'm using desktop visualizer and create these icons which are linked to folders. these folders have been created and personalized with folder organizer (social, internet, multimedia, tools, navigation)

For the text icons or rather widgets, I made those myself. The tray icons are edited by me as well. Two were taken from the Symplistic White & Black icon set here:

The clock and weather are Fancy Widget. I made the numbers myself based on the same font as the rest of the phone and took the weather icons out of SiMi clock and edited them to match.

I was hoping to get some more info on this HP.
It appears that you run only 1 home screen, thats what I do.
But my main question is, you said you developed the Folder Widgets on the home screen.. Any chance of sharing it .. Secondaly, is that an actual dock bar down there or do you have a dock bar.

Let me elaborate on that too since it seemed a little vague after reading it. Typically, when I want to change an app icon, I can just pick from the gallery and it's not an issue since the pictures I'm switching to are also 1x1. I've got the buttons in my gallery, I just don't know how to get them on my screen since replacing the image on an app shortcut isn't the right size. I'm sure it's an easy fix, I just can't figure it out.

Forgot to upload the carmode buttons. Will do.
You have to use DesktopVisualizer from Market.
Place a DesktopVisualizerwidget on screen, 4x1 or 3x1,.. and select the button+shortcut one by one.

Completely rearranged the landscape view to look like Sense 4.0's

these widgets will no longer show the weather as they use the igoogle weather api which no longer works
the only way to get it working again is for the maker of the widget to change the weather api to something else
as reported in this post in the original thread

i now use fancy widgets with a sense 4 clock that i modifeid to be transparent ..in the second pic it has weather animations after unlocking the phone but i believe thats only available in the paid version of fancy widgets
since the time it did not show the weather, i also changed to fancy widget & also disabled the background so that it would merge nicely with the wallpaper
