I have the same problem but with the language in dutch. We need an english firmware to overwrite the ROM. I'm going crazy with the dutch. In The Hague are thousends of foreigners and they refuse to put on market phones in english.

It is possible to change Dutch to English without HardSPL. Mine was in Dutch, but now is in English. You can contact cmonex for more details. He is the MAN.

you have to flash a Portuguese Brazilian Rom
if you don't find it
you have a huge work to do
i think the better way is to cook a rom using as base a Portuguese Rom
EDIT i've made a cab with registry key to change manila language only
install it then softreset

Remember it is not from Brasil. It is from Portugal.
i dont speak very well the english, and im looking for a spanish languaje for the wings because my device have a rom in english and its very dificult to use and everything.
well also i need know how to upgrade or loaded ( i dont how say it) this languaje pack.
