Samsung claim 625 hours of standby for the i9000, best case situation I know. But as it stands with 2.2 JPO I am losing roughly 8% per hour in standby under what I would call normal data syncing and what seems to be about 5% ph when all data is off and the signal is strong.
So rather than discuss causes in this thead I am just wondering would people put down their power consumption (if they noticed) and their firmware? It would be good to have an average before wondering how to fix what might not be a problem.
652 hours standby? lol where did u get that? heck doesn't the ipad have 30 days standby? and it has 3 battries!
I tried once overnight with flight mode on there i got 1% drop in 7 hours ... this was at JM2 original firmware. Normally i get 25% drop with normal use within 12 hours and juicedefender (switches on data connection once per half an hour for email sync).

It has 2, but point taken.
And I got that information here:

The biggest problem with the battery is the screen and white backgrounds ...It users double what a LCD screen dose with white backgrounds so when your on the net your battery will drain faster

Standby means screen off.
I think the 625 hours standy means phone on, screen off, wifi/gps/data/3g off.
Yes and best case means tested in the factory so:
-No SIM Card
-Raw software (no apps installed)
-No external SD inserted
-Phone turned on and left there untill it turns it self off.
(read that somwhere cant remember where)
BTW: 31% Battery drain within 10h
-Processor overclocked (1,2GHz)
-Performance Govenor chosen on SetCPU
-Data deactivated 6h, Data connection active 3h used 2h
-Wifi on 1h, used 0.5h
-38mins on the phone
-37 SMS writen, 46 recieved
-1h Listening to Music (headphones)
-Running JPP/JPA with super optimized JP6-JPM
-All partitions ext4, looped ext2
Was that percise enough?;-)

Yeah I suspect the "best case" too of course. But man, 31% in 10 hours? At my rate I would be flat in ten. Doing nothing, no screen interaction and minimal syncing.
I think mine is hardcore hardware knackered.
Also thanks for the specifics, that is a great insight.

U just remindet me, i forgot to say my screen is set to automatic, and most of the time its on the lowest setting. There is a big difference what kernel and format u use. When i had it set to jfs file system my battery was down before i got home (10h is a normal working day including the way to and from work). Most of the battery was used during the brake. Tomorrow at i will pay more attention ti the battery drain during brake and report again
Edit: got home at 6pm and my battery was on 69% now its 10pm 45% left and i was using the internet and tapatalk (over wifi) the whole time. So thats another 24% battery drain in 4hours of full usage.

I have offed all data and even the attempts to sync on my phone. The screen is minimum all the time. This is making me nuts here!
24% seems incredibly low for 4 hours of actual screen on time. This is an unmodified OS, just the new 2.2 JPO.

Its official jpa with superoptimized jp6-jpm kernel all partitions ext4 with ext2 loop. Syncs are turned off background data is on. I have minfree manager setup to keep as much of my ram free as possible. First ive.set it too high so my phone crashed. Actual setting from top (visible app) to bottom (hidden app):
40
60
90
125
128
130
Maybe thats one of the reasons?
Edit: by now i know that u can improve your battery life with differwnt things but i dunno what exately it is. Ive changed so many thigs the last 2 weeks. And sometimes my battery was empty @ midday and sometimes it lasted 1.5 days. Phone usage is about the same every day.

Screen on time will always be 10-20% drain per hour on the stock battery.
Anyone who thinks otherwise is kidding themselves, 10%/h is VERY optimistic, that's 10 hours guys

Well I used to get 1% drop every 8hrs of standby, this means that GSM radio is ON but no other functions are running. So if you do the math.. 600hrs is very possible in a certain condition.

25% per 2hrs of screen time seems to be the norm
It depends on what you are doing and what screen brightness. If you are playing a game at max brightness you could kill the battery in 2-3 hours. Watching low quality video at low brightness can go on for 8hrs

I've noticed that the quality of a video wont really affect battery power that much.. compared to a VCD quality movie and a 720p (5mbps) I think the GPU can decode it very efficiently.
But I DO notice a difference between the stock player and mvideo player in terms of power usage.

I'm starting to think your one is wrong! But in a good way..
With everything off bar the WCDMA connection I lost 6% in 10 hours. I suppose that is reasonable, but again the phone was doing absolutely nothing.
well I got a JPD firmware with lagfix
Even with screen off and flight mode on
it still drain at least 30% of battery during sleep
(Which it only drained less than 10% in JI1)

Since everybody has some problems with battery drainage i thought it would be usefull if everybody posts his or her battery stats after some time so we can compare them so we can find and solve "problems".
Add in your reply:
-Which rom are you using ?
-How is your battery doing over the night ?
-Is the battery inaccurate like it doesn't go higher then 98%, drops from 100 to 50 after some time or after reboot,... ?
-Which kernel ?
-2G/3G on or off ?
-CPU adjustments ?
-Programs freezed ?
- etc.
My stats:
-MDC Fear 5.3
-Drops 5% over 8 hours but when using it goes 20% over 1 hour
Which i didn't had with stock rom so i guess Fear 5.3 is the problem
-Doesn't go higher then 98% and after a reboot earlier it jumped from 100 to 42
-Kernel: 2.6.32.27-g9f26g51-dirty (Eternity kernel)
-2G and 3G diabled
-CPU adjustments 1ghz standard. When in sleep : 216mhz
-Programs freezed: Don't know because bloat freezer says it needs to be updated but i already have the latest version
-Go weather widget, netqin antivirus
Tracking battery status with Battery monitor widget
-TK-Rom v0.6
- I loose 5 to 10% per hour without doing anything !
- Sometime even if i have the "battery fully charged" popup, when I unplug, the battery indicator shows 98% ...
-2.6.32.27-g9f26g51-dirty
-2G/3G on
-1000MHz max and 300MHz min (foced when screen off)
- No freezed program
- Only one widget : Genie Widget
2 Push mail (hotmail exchange + gmail) + 1imap (checked each hour)
If I install Juice defender (free), my battery last 2 days.
Without Juice Defender, the phone turn off after 10h on (with only some SMS sent and 10min on XDA) ...
- Which rom are you using ?
Factory ROM, updated to V10b.
Baseband: 1035.21_20110405
Kernel: 2.6.32.9
Build: FRG83G
- How is your battery doing over the night?
11pm to 6am standby: Dropped from 100% to 95%.
- Is the battery inaccurate like it doesn't go higher then 98%, drops from 100 to 50 after some time or after reboot,... ?
Charges to 100%. Seems to hang on to (stay at) 100% a bit longer.
- 2G/3G on or off?
3G always on. Disable wifi when out of home.
- CPU adjustments?
None.
- Programs freezed?
None.
- Locks up when I use the car charger.
- Battery manufacture date: 16 Mar 11.
- Haven't pushed the performance much, but have watched an hour wmv file over HDMI, played Asphalt game and occasional continuous conversations lasting 2 hours. The phone behaved perfectly.

because my stock also had less then 5% loss at the night

you mean that you can always use 3G without doing anything else to your settings after disabling wifi ? because the 3G icon is always noticeable on the status bar even when it's disabled

Yes. When at home both 3G and wifi are enabled.
GSM coverage is not great in some parts of the house where my router wifi is strong; while some rooms far from the wifi router gets decent GSM coverage. So, I just let the phone choose whichever way it wants to connect when at home.
When I leave home, I manually disable wifi with a widget to save wifi scanning for router whenever the phone comes out of sleep. 3G works everywhere else, so I just leave it on 24/7. 3G power usage is negligible when there is no data traffic even when it is enabled, it's basically GSM on standby power.

I think EDGE is like a fast GPRS connection, right? I had used GPRS (aka 2G) quite some time ago, and IIRC, GPRS is billed by data connection duration rather than by data traffic. If it's also the case for EDGE, you MUST NOT leave is enabled 24/7, or else you will get a gigantic phone bill at the end of the month!
But regarding EDGE's power usage, I am afraid I am not entirely sure if it behaves like a 3G connection. Best is you test it out while monitoring battery drain, or google around for the info.

I'm gonna try the old style Nexus One's method of battery calibration. Hopefully it works, though I am not confident.
1. Plug-in charger standby, do not turn on charger yet.
2. Drain battery till it auto shutdown.
3. When it auto shutdown, immediately turn on charger.
4. Let the phone charge for 4-5 hrs.
5. After 4-5 hrs, power up phone.
The above was the Battery Calibration for Nexus One before N1 has its own Battery Drivers build-into kernel and a proper Battery Calibration Application (found in Market).
As I said, I'm not confident but will try this method. Will report here if success or failure

Probably a good idea to have a small fan blowing to avoid the phone shutting down from the heat from a long recharge. Might also have to go through a few cycles to reach the battery's full potential, probably don't need the empty-to-full cycle. Please let us know what you find out.

I've accumulated tiny experience over at Nexus One Battery Calibration and I know a small thing or two about how "some" batteries work.
The thing about Nexus One battery is it has in-build EEPROM so its the almost perfect battery to perform calibration. As for O2X, its still infant stage so no one look into it yet. But the theory "should" be similiar.
I'm doubtful but hopeful
Edit 1 - heavy usage with screen on for 4.5 hrs. 12 hrs use. Manage to drain battery till 0% and it auto shutdown as I expected. Now performing off charging for at least 4 hrs. I was surprised to see before it auto shutdown where at 0% the voltage was 3362mV. Pretty impressive I would say. Now I'm optimistic ...... will report soon.
Edit - failed while auto shutdown I plugin assuming it was charging. 4.5 hrs later I power up and it is at 1%. Fail!
I plugin and start charging. Monitored the charging process and found for the first time the phone was cool while charging even cool till 100%.
I'm now using this new charge and seems good. Its cool, no longer hot.
Now i have got CM7
And must say that battery is holding out much better at sleep
4 hours and not even 1% down
So i would advise to switch to CM if you are trying some new roms !!
Have you guys tried the app BatteryCalibration from market?

I don't know man "a bit" is no accurate thing but I thing I have almost the same battery usage... I do a lots of txts...
now, for the overcharging... as far as I know all [or almost all] new electronic stuff that needs to recharge has a sensor for voltage and power, so when the batt is low or empty it tell you is the same when is fully charge it tells you and "cuts" the power supply... if you have some time look at your phone when is charging, when at 100% it tells you and "cuts" power, a few mins later it will be at 99% and inmidiatly starts charging again

I honestly don't know how are you manage to get such low power consumption on your phones. Just today I unplugged my phone little more than 5 hours ago. I did absolutely nothing with it, it just lied on a table and I'm already down from 100 to 84%. Just to be clear, for those 5 hours wifi, gps and 3G was off all the time. I'm on stock Froyo 10e, some of the LG bloatware removed and replaced with so called energy efficient apps from the market (3g watchdog, battery monitor widget). The only two original LG widgets that I use are weather & clock (with manual updated weather) and contacts. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong but my phone with really minimal usage can't last more than 1 day .

earlier it was one day only.
so im relatively happy with this phone because the battery backup is better now.
hope a software update to gb will help even more
do you guys have a battery percent number of 99%?
my phone ALLWAYS skips the 99.. it goes from 100 to 98 in 10 min after doing nothing..
(it's in the nova rom, its with official stock and it's with cyano.. and batt stats are renewed enough..)
PS: not to mention how poor my phone is daily.. chargng in the night.. at the end of the day 20% (too little to have all day at school, too much to power it up at night.. )

I reboot mine every morning. It seems to make some sort of background task started by alarm or something.
A normal day at work leaves me with 80% left.
If i don't reboot it will eat up the juice in just 5 hours.
Also juice defender helps quite a bit.

K this has been helping me with my battery alot
1) install a new rom
2) using 5v charger
3) installing a firewall and prevent unnecessary stuff from connecting to 3g
4) uninstalling task killers(takes alot to restart the apps you killed)
5) uninstall battery monitoring apps (surprisingly)
6) use stock included lock screen
--------------------------------
Added:
7) uninstall anti virus apps*if you dare* (cos from what I understand Android has a sandbox type thing which traps viruses sorta so unless you go to alot of dodgy sites often you wont need it, imo a firewall is enough)
8) Turn off automatic updating for apps in the market
9) Turn off un-needed snyc features but do not turn off the "Background data" sync and "Auto sync" under the General sync settings or you might face problems going to certain sites, instead turn them off individually via the "manage Accounts" menu (I turn off mail snyc, fb snyc, watsapp snyc, contacts snyc)
Personally this had helped me alot in terms of battery....

Hi all... im new to this forum n sorry if this question had been asked before. Im on stock + deodexed + zipaligned + abyss kernel 3.5b + thunderbolt tweaked rom. Its a great experience for a newbie like me before moving on using custom rom. The only issue I have right now is the DISPLAY battery usage in setting -application-battry usage too high, 85%. Is this normal or theres something wrong? Driver or tweak perhaps? Right now,and usually, theres only 3 or 4 service running (in the battery usage)... display, android system and cell standbay but the battery wont even last a day. Other than that, this note rocks....
Sorry.... forgot to mention... its LA4 rom

Your battery usage depends a lot from how much you use your phone, but how you use it is also very important. If you're on full brightness all the time it has a big impact on your battery, because of the area that has to be illuminated. Also the more white color on the screen, the more battery the screen uses (because it is Super AMOLED).
So my advice would be to lower your brightness setting. This should make a big impact if your brightness is now set to full blast. If you use less than 50% brightness most of the time (I find that mostly sufficient) then post here about how you use your phone.
For comparison, I can use up my battery in approx. 7 hours by watching movies on the Note on around 60% screen brightness.
Also, I prefer dark wallpapers just to save up drips of juice. Haven't tested the actual impact of doing so tho
If the screen is on. The battery it consumes will appear in the battery stats. Don't panic its normal. I doubt change in kernel is going to help you. Below are my suggestions for you.
a. Reduce brightness
b. Use black wallpaper
c. Stop being so anal about the battery life. ;-)

Lol good advice I find even on the lowest brightness the screen is still very bright. In a well lite room I can still use the screen without much added glare only when I'm outside in direct sunlight do I find myself going 50-100% brightness. My display usage is typically 50-60% compared to everything else in terms of battery usage.

I am faci.v the same pro lem.. Sometimes my battery usage sbows 85 per in display and some times 55 per... This mornin i was playing world of goo.. N in less than an hour my battery dropped to 67 percent from full.. I am on rocket rom v21.. Wifi sharing frozen...
Also when i am using internet the battery drops very fast. .. In half an hr there is approx drop of 10per... Brightness setting is on the lowest... even posting this message from my phone and the battery level dropped from 85 to 84. . i cant compare it with stock rom because when i was on stock rom there was no battery indication in percents...
thanks for the advice. my brightness is always at its lowest level and i dont use auto brightness. i tried auto brightness n random level brightness before, it doesnt seem to lower the DISPLAY battery usage. last nigt,i set my note to aeroplane mode, and really great,2% usage for 8 hours. installing betterbatterystats didnt show any wakelocks, either from kernel or rom. its just the DISPLAY consuming too much. any chance its a driver issue?
Hey,
Did you also turn off the image analyzer setting? It messes w/ ya brightness just like auto brightness does...
And set screen timeout to a longer duration so it dont cut off in the middle of usage. on/off/on/off repetition eats more battery.
Try key light set to light only in the dark. theres only one key per side so it being lit in the day serves no purpose other than being prettyyyyy

Will try and stay on this same rom until ICS comes...again just 15 min of wi fi and a drop of 6 percnt battery whereas tbere was almost nil battry drop when it was kept idle for almost 4 hrs...

i am not using any battery widget.. i am on rocket rom v21.. it shows the battery percent in the sstatus bar up on the top... i am sure you must be aware of it..
a detailed version of my above post.. this morning i took my note with me on a 76 per charge... used it to make some calls and a little messageing.. without any surfing on 3g or wifi... after about 4 hrs when i checked my battery stats it was 74 percent... and then i started using wifi in about no time ( abt 15 min ) the battery dropped by 6percent.. was just looking at another thread ( kernel comparsion )
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=1473733 ..... and i think wifi and surfing really takes a toll on abyss kernel 3.5 c.. will try updating to kernel 3.6..
its been off all the time... i mean the image analyzer.hmmm.... maybe its the display driver ...
Personally, I use 10% brightness and it's good enough for me, even under sunlight. It lasts about 9 to 12 hours on daily usage with 3G (I don't switch it off), mp3 and two or three 25 minutes videos, phone calls, twitter, sms, G+...well you get the picture. Full charge when I go out in the morning and about 10 to 30% battery left when I reach home in the evening without any random recharging in between.
I'm using stock rom by the way and my display uses 25% of battery whenever I check what's eating up the energy.
i see that a lot of people are posting amazing battery life results.. but no matter how hard I try, mine simply doesn't last 3 days with 8 hours screen on time etcetc
things ive tried:
factory reset then just install the essentials i.e. facebook, whatsapp, zite, mxplayer, pocket, myphoneexplorer.
battery calibration i.e. drain till dead/cant switch on, charge from 0 to 100 with phone off
adjust wifi, gps, autosync settings
and yet, see my attached battery stats. and that's with relatively light use (sat on my office desk) @ 2hr screen on time. no gaming, the most taxing activity was probably watching a movie with mxplayer for 20-30mins or so. the phone died completely 3 hours later.
my firmware is 81.5.39001.xt890.Retail.en.GB
it would SEEM that the battery goes down real fast with any usage.
i want to love the phone but it's not letting me.
thoughts?
firmware versions and screenshots of bad battery life please? lol
Well, mine does not last as well as advertised by others but likely better than this. It can get up to 5h of screen on time in web/video usage and maybe 3 days with less than 1h of screen on time. It also dies very quickly after 10%, 7%-4%-0% shutdown. Germany EU Retail stock firmware. Not the best battery i guess
Well my battery usually last between 1d 3 hours and 1d 20hours with usually display time between 1h 50m - 2h 30m and talk time 45m - 1h 20m talk time, with data or wi-fi always on , autobrightness always on and auto synch always on.
Facebook app and Whatsapp are mainly the guilty apps for the power consumption and data usage .... Without Facebook and Whatsapp installed and with ONLY wi-fi data i had superb power consumption .... 2d 10h and 4h 55m display time with 1h 30m talk time.
PS 2 more things that comsume power in Razr I are 1) music player and 2) FM radio

thank you for the input guys
@kourkoubas, i think ours is similar then
but i've yet to try turning off facebook autorefresh. sadly whatsapp must stay
i use Music/Pocketcasts everyday but then it's no more than 1 hour combined.
i think ill have to do more testing. that other battery stats thread got my hopes up too high i guess lol
@Simplestas does your screen brightness flash wildly just before it shuts down?
I was a bit disappointed with my battery, too. I read about those 8hrs screen on time and was just stunned. It depends a bit, how i use it .. Usually i have WiFi activated almost all day in university and at home / girlfriend. With 2.5hrs screen on time i always have ~50-60% battery left. Thats a common value for me as i sometimes need my phone for .pdf viewing. I normally have the brightness reduced to ~15%.
For me, it was a huge improvement over my old Desire HD, but it still could be better. Anyway i don't want to forget the fact that i used JuiceDefender with my DHD and used every option i have to improve battery life while i just don't have to at my razr i, it just doesn't die one evening or in the middle of the day like my DHD used to.

I don't think so.
Try testing if taking pictures with flash works with battery < 50%. If it causes immediate shutdown your battery is likely faulty.

well the battery % seems to be correct.. have attempted to calibrate it quite a number of times now.
it's just that the screen backlight becomes er.. like a flashlight running out of battery- dimming and returning to normal brightness a few times just before it shutsdown at around 2% battery level. just wondered if this is a common behaviour with xt890s/medfield cpus.
because ive never seen this in other moto phones nor any other smartphones for that matter.

well i believe that somebody out there is having really good battery life... just not everyone, sadly.
other than the outrageous 8hr screen on times etc, there are quite a few review sites praising its battery life so we must be missing something and i want to see if it's possible to find out what.
i agree though juicedefender work wonders.
used to rely on it a lot. now I just occasionally use "autosync free". it's more than good enough.
but i don't want to rely on these methods yet..

let's see some stats
and what firmware are you running?
"worse" could just be the new apps you're adding to the phone?
cheers.
6h of screen time already IS GOOD, very good.
4h is what what sgs3 usually gets, 3h is what the n4 gets so 2more hours aint good? Everything gets +-2h with different usage e.g. google now and being on the move, mobile data...
It all depends on your usage but its about 25-50%better then the other quick phones around so please stop *****ing because u saw some very good screen and now cry because all your widgets, push email, chatting, mp3 destroy the screen on time you get
@yellowchilli: sry i cant see your attached screenshot, forum doesnt let me but if you usually get 2h of screen time you should call the support and get a new phone because thats not right.
edit:now i can see it. What did u do with the phone except watching a movie ? I get about 2-3 days with minimum usage (auto brightness, WhatsApp, Twitter, occasionally a phone call or web search or camera shot). I have the latest GB retail firmware, no root or whatsoever. Completely stock ROM.
Mine also never got past the 3h30 screen-on time, even if I didn't use it for much else... should I take it to the nearest customer support site?
Also, the phone gets real hot when the screen is on for some time...
This is what I get usually and I love my battery...

Hello, i have my htc one a couple of weeks now and from the first time i noticed paranormal battery drain activity!
So first i tried to turn everything off it didn't help, more analyticaly:
Energy Saving Mode = On
Beats Audio = on
Brightness = 1st of the three brightness modes
Wifi = off
GPS = off
Location Services = off
Accounts Sync = all off
HSDPA = on and off after done using data
Apps running in the background = i closed each and every one immediately after done using them
Blinkfeed = completely off
Then I tried to reset battery memory by completely let the battery discharge and recharge overnight twice, i have seen no improvement.
When i surf or facebook i can see the battery meter to drop down 1% almost every 2 minutes or so, some times less with the above mentioned settings.
Also i have noticed that in standby with everything off there's still significant battery drainage.
I kept the best for last, just 10 minutes ago while connected on my computer via usb cable, fully charged at 100% with green led on top for more than an hour i just did a reboot, and after the reboot with the usb cable still connected i saw the battery 99% ?????? After what, a reboot and still connected to the usb and charging ? WTF?
Device info:
HTC one 32 gb bought from Vodafone Greece
android version 4.2.2 stock
software version 2.24.401.1
kernel version 3.4.10-g445d072
On top of that, it seems that my device also has the blue ghosting noise camera bug on low light enviroments.
My emotions are like; I love and hate this phone at the same time.
I'm afraid using my phone's capabilities due to serious battery drainage!!
Any thoughts ?

it depends on how you use your phone and how much time it has been turned on. If your phone has been on for more than 24 hours then 3 hours of screen is fine. But yeah maybe you should do a factory reset and install gsam to monitor your battery stats and the apps that are sucking your battery. I have noticed that facebook chat drains the battery too fast.

I think you live in a sunny place, if you do than 2.5 hours is sort of normal at full brightness, if you want 5 or longer you need to set the brightness way lower but I think that sort of dimishes the beauty of the screen, enjoy it on auto-brightness

What nonsense?!
70% of my screen time is medium. I rarely use my phone in the sun.
I usually get around 2.5 screen/<14 total hrs. That's not normal? My phone's not set up right? Yay!
Or maybe it's the facebook. My auto sync is off, but I will disable the FB apps and see how that goes.
I actually do have GSAM, and it tells me that my kernel uses ~25% of my power. Android system is usually ~15%. Is that normal? If so, I may try a backup/reset.
Screen uses ~10% of power and main app is Chrome, with little to no Maps/Voice in a day.
A quick report after factory reset seems like that my battery is somewhat normal
1day 7hours and I still have 34% remaining
Use: half standby half normal use
I have the Dev Edition 64Gb One and I'm getting just 12 hours! I have autobrightness on, Greenify taking care of all the apps I don't use so frequently, not using maps/location services. I noticed each time I enter recovery, I have like 4% less than what my phone says and if I turn it on I have now what the bootloader said! Weird, and I was shocked to see this when I red a lot of people were having fantastic battery life.
Also, as I'm so lucky, mine has the blue/red thing in the camera, and a small gap in the top. It seems I got the All-(Problems)-In-One One..

Try with InsertCoin + Elemental kernel, with no pocketdetection or sweep2wake etc. and the recommended undervolting in the aroma installation
That gives me like 5.5 hours of screen with the phone turned on for 20+ hours and wifi: 6+hours, all of this with an average usage
hello again I noticed a rather peculiar thing regarding battery drainage.
couple of days ago when I reported that my battery was somewhat normal I had my phone charged with energy saving mode off I charged this way two times since the factory reset. Everything was normal I was able to get one+ day of use. Yesterday though I charged my phone with energy saving mode ON and I immediately noticed abnormal battery drain as before.
Can anyone with battery drain problem try to fully charge their phone with energy saving mode off and post their results?
I have a strong feeling that there is a bug or something.
My problem is, the phone is fully charged. i disconnect the charger and a few seconds later the battery is between 96% and 93%. I connect it to the charger, charge it back to 100% (led green) disconnect it, and the same happens again.
I already let the Phone discharge to 1%. The same happening again.
Someone any idea? thx
Same problem here, just sent it in to HTC for camera repair, got it back. Then battery problems. Sent it back because of the battery, still crappy. 32GB Unlocked. I get 10 hours at most on idle, everything off.

I have a HTC One 32 gb Three UK.
I have exactly the same problem with the high drainage.. before I could get easy 5-6 hours screen on throughout the day. now it even don't lasts a half day.. no change in my apps or settings/kernel.. really weird problem. I think it has to do with the hotness of the Phone and the purple camera fault. Don't know what to do anymore!
