can anyone suggest a ROM to flash to and instructions on how to pls?

Hi guys. I got a question about changing rom on my I9000. I started on 2.2 Froyo and upgraded to 2.3.4 (http://anonym.to/?http://www.theand...2-3-4-firmware-galaxy-s-install-and-download/), then i rooted it with this (http://anonym.to/?http://www.theandroidsoul.com/root-xxjvp-firmware/). Can i update it with this rom in Odin, or there is another solution? The ROM i want to test is this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1213225). Ty for ure answers
