How to request for a firmware:
Submit the following files (using adb pull):
/system/default.prop
/system/build.prop
MSU.txt of Motorola Software Update (You only need the version of Flex)
Configuration > About phone > Webtop version
NOTE: I only MIGHT find that firmware or newer version of it.
I don't see Chinese Firmware there
I have it and willing to share~
I have been corrected....
so... as some one tried to tell the other OP in the other forum... the place you uploaded sucks... it only lets people who are not members download 400mb... and all the files are around 600mb..
Request firmware for Hong Kong, attached herewith the default.prop and build.prop, but I couldn't find the path /system/etc/motorola/bp_nvm_default/, also the webtop version is OSHWT_U1_6.63.0
Thank you
I think the thread, the previous user copy and paste my thread, if you do not realize I have many more firmwares than the previous thread, my brother is a member daywalker04, Firmware Team, is now getting all the firmwares, now do not know, to Skrilax_CZ? he also is another member of Firmware Team

Be sure to set Android USB debugging mode on your device to OFF. Then make sure you have the latest Moto drivers installed on your machine. If you can connect to Motorola Software Update using Windows OS and try to run a software update--- it will not succeed because there is no update for Hong Kong.
When it searches for an update it will store the necessary info in a file called MSU.txt in the Motorola Software Update program directory. Then you can find the flex version.

I can download fine as a free member with no account. It does state the limit is 400mb but when I clicked it I was still able to download it.

Thanks for your instruction, I followed the steps, the MSU.txt is there, but still couldn't find the path /system/etc/motorola/bp_nvm_default/File_GSM, the only file I found which you mentioned before is a file named flex, it located in /system/etc/motorola/com.motorola.android.fota, is that it?
you would use these firmware files with RSDLite as described here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=991072
right?
@Joooom UnreadIf there version of Flex, I say that I found
@xoppaw Yes

If the path "/system/etc/motorola/bp_nvm_default/File_GSM" is not found on your device, the information needed will be found in plain text inside a file called "MSU.txt" on your PC once you try to update your phone using the program Motorola Software Update.

The "MSU.txt" trick didn't work for Bell ATRIX because it yields an incomplete flex name like "00D.0R" , which frankly doesn't help much.
If you could somehow dump your Radio CG5 it would help a lot.
I don't need it be "flashable" and I don't need to split it, I just need that code group dumped -- preferrably in .smg format. That will contain the most crucial info.

I've uploaded the MSU.txt in my first post, however, I think we got the same case as Bell Atrix, I can see the flex name "041.0R", it won't help a lot.

Going to flash it and try on my LTE1800.
Edit: 4G works but calls don't come through. Same as original O2 fw.
Is it possible to flash back to OEM ICS?
It's nice but radio seems problematic, even after a reset and cache wipe. Also a battery drain and too much bloatware. And Play store stopped working :/

[Q] Update firmware on HTC One (Sprint)

Sometimes I wish I had never rooted my phone but we all learn from our mistakes and try to make the best out of it. I am sorry if I am annoying any of you with my posts and/or questions but we are in this together as an Android family
I am currently running:
Android version: 4.1.2
HTC Sense version: 5.0
Software version: EclipticOne-Revamped-Inverted-v3.5
Kernel version: 3.4.10-g3adc80e [email protected] #1 SMP PREEMPT
Baseband version: 1.00.20.0315
Build number: 1.29.651.10 CL166937 release-keys
Custom recovery: TWRP v2.5 (apparently v2.6 is corrupted for my device)
My question is:
1) How do I update the firmware from 1.29.651.10 to 2.24.401.1?
Thanks in advanced,
Bless.
Jose Armando
On Sprint, you can't. The base hasn't been released.

What does it mean when my Product/CSC Code do not match with PDA/CSC Version?

I bought this SG-G900A online and was advertised as an unlocked International phone. When I tried to upgrade its Firmware using Smart Switch, I got an error suggesting that this device cannot be updated. Then, I tried to manually flash BOF3 update using stock recovery, and that failed too. So, I installed the Phone Info app and found the following:
General
----------
Manufacturer / Brand: samsung
Phone Model: SAMSUNG-SM-G900A
Device Type: klteatt
Product Name: klteuc
Knox Warranty Void: 0x0
CSC Code
------------
Product Code: SM-G900AZDACHN
Original CSC Code: CHN
Firmware's CSC Code: TGY
Active CSC Code: CHN / TGY
Available CSC Codes:
CSC Country: USA / US
Firmware
------------
Bootleader Version: G900AUCU4BOF2
PDA Version: G900AUCU4BOF2
CSC Version: G900AATT4BOF2
Baseband Version: G900AUCU4BOF2
Latest Firmware: Not Found
Kernel Version: 3.4.0-4432708
[email protected]#1
32-bit
Java Virtual Machine: ART 2.1.0
Android
-----------
Root Existence: Yes
Android Version: 5.0
Build Number: LRX21T.G900AUCU4BOF2
Build Fingerprint: samsung/klteuc/klteatt:5.0/LRX21T/G900AUCU4BOF2:user/release-keys
Build Description: klteuc-user 5.0 LRX21T G900AUCU4BOF2 release-keys
Build Date: Thu Jun 18 18:03:47 KST 2015
Changelist: 4432708
Now, I wonder what exactly it mean when Product/CSC Code do not match with PDA/CSC Version? And, what are my options to make them identical?
Thanks.
Hello , I have the same problem .. I had bought in aliexpress .. and is reconditioned .. you could then updated ???
my phone says: Klteuc - user 5.0 LRX21T G900AUCU4BOF2 release -keys
I not know what else to try....
