Hi all.I have flashed my Legend to the Vodafone 2.2 ROM,the build-in IME is so great for the Chinese input for me.And now I have flashed my Legend to the CyanogenMod Night Build 60,I copyed the HTC_IME to the app folder, and copy "libt9.so","libpphwr.so"to the lib folder. But it always display "the Application Touch Input (process com.htc.android.htcime)has stopped unexpectedly, please try again.
What can I do?
Try logcating it, isolating the problem.

you have to install the lib's from the stock keyboard to get it working on any htc phone. there is a AOSP keyboard in the themes adn apps section just install that and the droidx keyboard will work perfectly.
check here
That worked! I like this keyboard =D

There are 2 apps in the Marketplace. Google Pinying, which is just a standard pinying input method. There is also SCUT gPen, which allows for chinese handwritting. Both app works great on my SGS I9000M.
Hello!
This is my first time translating a rom and I have a little problem.
I'm translating the 2.3.3 JVB Galaxy S rom.
I completely translated the Settings.apk into hebrew (values-iw) and everything works great until I try to go into Settings --> Applications --> Manage Application
and "Memory Usage".
When I try to go into those settings I get a FC error.
This only happens when using my translated localization. If I try using any other localization I have no problem.
Does anyone have a solution for this??
Thanks!

Hi all,
I recently flashed cm7 rc 2 for my phone previously running stock GB.
While cm7 is great, it lacks support for ligatures and does not have fonts for many non-English languages unlike LG stock.
The font problem I have solved by replacing DroidSansFallsback.ttf in /system/fonts but so far I am unable to get ligatures working so the characters (in my case in Bengali script) are looking weird.
I tried restoring using Titanium Backup the stock LG Fonts app (no difference) and some fonts service called com.jungle.apps.service (TB does not successfully restore that - keeps trying to restore but fails).
Any ideas?
Kindly note: I am not looking for "Go back to stock/Use Opera mini" as responses. Thanks.
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
