HTC Clock?

Hi. Is there an apk file for the HTC clock widget? I'm about to switch to the cm ROM and I want the HTC clock widget. I prefer the flip clock(doesn't flip on aria though) with the weather. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

I don't know about a "flipping" one but Factory Widgets makes one very similar to the HTC clock. If you search for it in the market using the maker it is impossible to miss.

Yes, you will have to load a 3rd party widget because the HTC clock widget is dependent upon HTC Sense which CM 6/7 does not support.
I think the factory widget designs, even those aped from HTC, look horrible. I personally recommend fancy widgets and to a much lesser extent beautiful Widgets if you're looking for well made clock weather widgets.

Fancy widget definitely. I have an older version and its identical to the sense clock.

Fancy widget is one of the few apps I actually paid for. +1 for Fancy widget.
Fancy Widgets is great but I like the beautiful Widgets because you can choose many styles of the HTC clock to change it up a bit and rock your style.

Transparent Notification Bar?

Has anyone figured out how to make the top notification bar transparent? Like Windows 7 Aero for example.
Thanks

Check in themes and apps just be aware it may only work on certain modems

Thanks.
I went on the site and enabled transparency and read this:
"if your ROM does not supports transparency -you will not get transparent background."
Does Mosaic III Diet support it?!
You're running Mosaic II which is JVH right? It's SystemUI.apk/res/drawable-hdpi/statusbar_background.9.png
It doesn't really do much just having it transparent like you'd think because the screen area that's used is all below that. Unless something else is modified, wallpaper is cut off right there. You can see the notification tray slide under it and animation effects under it though. That bad thing is the date and notifications use the same image so when they pop up, they're transparent as well and are supposed to cover up the icons on the left, so it slides up this half wide bar that show the icons behind it and that part is 2x as opaque (2 transparencies overlayed) so you can where it cuts off.
Samsung Roms don't support it for the reasons stated above. I have only seen this be able to be don't in HTC based Roms as they support it

Alternate lockscreens on ICS?

Was wondering if anyone knows of a way you can get a different lockscreen for ICS, I prefer the old rotary one, or the reeally old one with a tab on one side for vibrate/loud and a tab on the other side to unlock.
Not a big fan of the pull the ring up to unlock, or slide the lock icon into the correct spot.
magic locker,go locker,or widget locker on the market
I shall check them out, thank you very much.

MIUI locker works pretty good, the ICS themed one I downloaded broke everything though.
Download widget locker! It may seem somewhat expensive but it is well worth it. The ICS lockscreen is identical to stock. You can also download other themes for it off the web

Old clock style weather animations

I used to have the evo and really liked the little weather animations ... Windshield wipers ... Rain drops ... Etc.
I've searched and can't figure out how to enable that when I unlock my new HTC one. Is that gone? Any mods to bring it back?
I'm on day one with the new phone and love it. Coming from the s3.

I believe they removed those. I use beautiful widgets which allows for clock and weather customizations. It includes animations similar but not the same. You have to turn on the animations for when you unlock the phone.
