This a port of Red Volt by the talented jstine671. OP found here:[Theme][ACS] 4/13/11 Red Star V2 Theme EC05 - xda-developers
Obviously I like his stuff.
I fixed my stupid mistake. Framework folder has stuff in it now.

yeah, he did a great job with that. i dont know how to theme swype, so i just ported it. i will figure it out though, ive got some ideas.

Honestly I think gingerbread icons wouldn't mesh well with the rest of the theme...the notification icons and stays bar tie in well with everything else imo on this theme

no offence taken. its hard to give everyone exactly what they want. i am open to sugestions. i just dont want to move to far from jstine671's design. im glad you like the theme, if you have any other sugestions i will gladly listen, and if its doable while keeping with jstines vision, i will try it.

I like it. it's different and I love the keyboard and signal bars

it does look good.

I just noticed that after flashing your theme on sc 2.9.2 voodoo with ec01 radio that my voice actions using long press on the search soft key doesn't work anymore. I tested twice.
I also fixed permissions, clear data for google and vlingo, cleared defaults from google search(didn't have default option) and vlingo. Still nothing. It just brings up regular google search. Not voice any thing

Not bad Deano! The only thing I think you need to change is the font of the Clock in the status bar to something more suitable. Other than that, everything seems to blend really nicely. Nice job!
You should also add honeycomb icons xP

No hotspot hack, there is crt and overscroll, and no aniamated dropdown.

Thanks for the quick answers. Do you know if drag and drop via 7zip would break anything? I assume yes. Any chance you are able to incorporate all into one? I actually like red matrix and think it could do well with this theme. Sorry to ask for so much but I am not comfortable theming my Epic as I was my Moment. I understand if you can't just asking. Thanks!

Well you can extract the apk with 7zip and edt only images... and then all you have to to is make it a zip in 7 zip and then change the fle from framework-res.zip to framework-res.apk.

[THEME]CM7 Circle battery mod and blue icons

First thanks go to kevin2516 for his Legend-X theme. I modded the battery circles to be like the Bonsai blue circles (thanks to Jaronow for those pngs) and added blue 3G icon. I also grabbed the dropdown icons from Shake & Bake...thanks to Travismoreno.
The problem was the 4G icons are not getting modded with the theme changer. I edited the systemui to fix that. So not only do you have to pick Legend-X from the theme-changer, you also have to flash the CM-blue4G.zip in CWM after mounting system. If you want to remove the 4G icons and set them back to stock save your current systemui.apk and substitute it into the CM-blue4G.zip file and flash it. Hope you guys like it.
Install KGblues.apk then Legend-X will be available in theme changer. Choose standard battery not percentage for circle to appear.

Sorry dude, that would be editing like 200 pngs. But if you find a cyan theme you like I can get you the 4G icons edited to cyan and get you a systemui flashable.

Kennyglass just use the UOT theme kitchen. You can choose the exact color and it does the editing for you for all ~200 pngs . I use it to finalize my themes when I don't want to spend like a year on each part of the theme. There are like 20 icon choices.

What would be really awesome is if you took the crystal theme apart and put the toggle pictures from shake and bake and your status icons and mash em in there I think that would be my first choice if you'd like to do that.

OK, I think I can swing that for you. I will download the crystal theme and see how tough it will be. Then I will edit the toggles. But I would need the UOT kitchen for the battery circle.

The Crystal theme is not working with UOT. It is giving me a ton of errors. I can do my theme in cyan without issue though.

The crystal theme is like nothing I have seen looking at the filenames. I asked for help on the UOT thread. I may be able to put the quickpanel toggles from shake & Bake in yours. I am going to pull the pngs now and look at them.
Edit: I am lost looking at this one. I am just learning CM7 stuff, and it is like this guy intentionally made it a pain in the ass to try and change.

Thanks for porting the theme now time to test this out as soon as I flash it. Then I'll report back with what I think.
Edit: Just flashed and booted up and am in love with the theme especially the status bar icons (ringer, wifi, bluetooth, etc) and just a suggestion if you haven't thought about it yet you should make the settings text blue if you want. But Great Job!

I will miss my circle of death battery icon But I'll get use to it without it

Looks fantastic man! Super clean, and love the settings layout.
Do you know of any way to map the right slider on the lock screen to the camera? Or maybe even change the loco screen to the ics layout? I'd love to work on that one, but I have no idea where to even start looking.
Anyway thanks for the great work! Oh and leaving the center clock mod was a great move! ;-)

EDIT: Not sure why the attachment isn't showing up... Anyway, it's the bar that pops up when you change the ring volume, or any other volume for that matter. It's still yellow.

Yeah, I know about the volume ... The overscroll glow is still yellow too.
Also, hate to disappoint some of you, I will be changing the centered clock back. (sorry MT, I find my status bar icons overlapping the time a lot)

I guess notifications aren't the right description, but right now I have the alarm, phone signal, 4 g, vibrate, and GPS symbols going far enough over to cover am/pm and part of the time.

I just released my first theme chooser apk to the market! Go get it while it's luke warm!
Inverted stock UI design. I go hard with Holo guidelines. Install this if you want the UI to be black, but don't want any silly icon changes and cheesy stuff. This is minimal and light.

What version of Android are you running?

The word suggestion block is grey...can that be fixed next update? But this is exactly what I wanted. Dark MMS dark keyboard but not overly done. If you try to do more it sometimes looks bad... Dark store and all sorts of things get weird. Love it so far. Expect a donate purchase soon.

Look at the dialer background and the settings background....
I hate pure black themes.... I like dark themes though
