Does it happen every time you restart the phone ? or just that once. If it does not do it every time and the phone runs okay, then don't worry about it.
If it keeps popping up, then do a hard reset, you have everything backed up now.
it happens every time i restart. the issue now is that i did the hard reset but i didnt about the issue and i saved my backup with that problem so now i dont know how to fix it.
it has something to do with the start up...i found it in the start up folder but i have no clue what it is

Hi DJ,
Try on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=696845
This is to go back to stock.
IF you become a little profficient on hacking your phone, you can also get all GApps on http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Latest_Version, but you'll need a Open Recovery (GOT's, Androidiani, etc.) to apply the update.
best of luck!
Hi ppl,
First of all I am from Turkey. Market is not allowed for us to use here..
I have been trying to make it work. I have got the vending apk installed. I can see applications when I try to install them they just wont start. I can see them downloading but not progress..
I have changed the dns but ntahing has changed..
any suggestion?
I'm having the same issue. Some apps will download to 100% then just sit there and never install. Doesnt happen with all apps but a lot of them.

Try to clear all market data in Settings-Applications.

Hey guys...
I had Phoenix 4.5 VA Themed, than later with glass dialer mod and GO launcher EX...
but after awhile when I went to download apps from the market it just wouldnt download...
The screen kept at the download accept permission "ok" button screen... no loading bars or error pop ups or anything...
just plain idle screen
So I than went to my files and tried to install using apps in my folder...
well "My File" was missing and so was "TiBu".
So what else could I do?
I did a full restore and that didnt work so I did it again.
It didnt work.. the second time so I gave up but all of a sudden it worked...
so I DL go laucher ex and it worked...
yet again after an hour or so...
it stopped working....
is this a compatibility issue or my hardware issue?
any help will be really grateful.
Thanks in advance.
***Also when im manually installing through the phone... it will hang on installing app with the bar moving but nothing happening.
I even let it sit for 30mins.***
well I did everything except odin....
did a restore and it still didnt help....
anyone have an idea why this is happening???
maybe in an internal problem?
Clearing the market cache usually fixes most of the problems you described. Go to settings, applications, manage applications, all, then scroll down to market. From there, I force close the market and clear the cache and clear data then reboot. Hope that helps.
I found out why....
GLE with their custom theme and my LWP raindrop was the problem.
When I got rid of the LWP it worked again....
Thanks for your help though ^^
never mind... it stopped working again...
it wont install or uninstall anything...
sigh...
anyone might have an idea as to why?
I am guessing noone can help me out on this.................
T.T
Have you tried clearing the market cache?
yes i have done everything there is...
even went to stock and tried downloading...
it didnt work and than it started working...
all in all
i got fed up and returned it because mine fell in the "phone keeps resetting" range in the imei number or whatever......and got it replaced....=/
thanks for the reply though
Well the new phone is the same....
i install a new rom and i cant install any apps...
WTF
it works when i first turn it on through wifi without sim card....
but once i sign in with my sim card and sd card... it just doesnt want to DL or install anything...
Anyone else having this problem???
Please help!
ok....
Can the sim card be the cause of this problem?
I put 1 card in at a time and it doesnt work with the sim card in......
While noone seemed to want to give me any answers or help other than think its a cache thing...
I took my captivate in and told them to give me a new sim because of this problem and they did without asking anything else...
and it looks like it was the sim to cause the unable to install apps or download apps from the market...
So to those who might have a similar issue try getting a new sim card and see if that helps.
and those who replied before thank you.
hopefully this is will help someone.
Never mind...
it did it again...
new phone new sim new rom phoniex and SN....
am very aggrovated...
I can install all apps by dl it through maket tibu or from apk ONLY if i have no sim in the phone....
help still needed...
Something new to add to this...
When I used Apps2SD and put all of the apps in SD
I take out my sd card and put it back in.
All the apps in the SD card do not show up and when I go to manage applications then to the on SD card tab.
They all show up but the words computing.... is below the app names and they arnt able to run...
any takers on what the problem might be?
Hello Everybody!
My Girlfriend has a Galaxy S3 Mini I8190 and I rooted her phone to uninstall all the Google and Samsung bloatware with AppMaster.
Unfortunately now she can´t send SMS anymore. They just stay in "sending" and don´t go out. I guess it´s because I deleted also Samsung Push App. Usually I Backup the deleted apps. Since I never had a problem after deleting sysapps I didn´t save them this time.
Please tell me which SysApps are needed to send SMS and I also need someone to make me this Apps available to download since I didn´t make a backup.
your help is highly appreciated, have a nice day and thanks a lot.
P.s: I just saw that I also dont have samsung push, so its probably not that.
have you tried factory reset that should sort it & then go on from there, but be a little more careful this time...
solved

Thanks for the reply, I could solve it by myself. It wasn´t caused by any application I uninstalled but by disabling the messaging app with the autostart manager.
