I ordered a headset and a charger to my Wallaby from Hungarian T-mobile webshop.
http://webshop.t-mobile.hu/webapp/w...goryId=1744&langId=-11&parent_category_rn=102
They ships it, but this is not an original accessories, both of them made by Hama. The charger does not matter, but the headset's sound quality is not good to listening music.
Is the original Qtek1010 headset good quality for listening music? (Good bass, and clear treble sounds)
If it is, I will send back the Hama headset, and search an original one...
And it not was cheap. I bought it for 5000 HUF. A poor quality headset I can buy about half price, and then cut it out and replace the headphones with a good quality walkman headphones...
I've bought my XDA with no accessories, so I cant comapre the Hama with the original headset...
Thanks,

I am looking for a good set of in ear headphones to replace my Dr. Dre beats. I know some on here have commented on said headphones in a negative light, but they do have great bass, but not so great treble. Also, they always seem to slip out of my ear.
Can someone point me in the direction of a good set of in ear headphones. Ones that would be wrap around the ear would be even better. I have been looking at some of the Shure headphones, but have yet to pull the trigger.
Any recommendations would be great, even better with somewhat of an explanation as to why I should get the suggested headphones and any personal experience with your own.
Thank you, MSD
Shure all the way. The more you spend, the better quality you get (SE 535 are amazing). Second goes to Etymotic Research ER4 line.
Either are light-years beyond all other in-ears.
This from a Sennheiser HD800 headphone fan.

I just bought bose MIE2 mobile headset for 140 bucks at best buy, and the quality is amazing. Works with all music button clicks, and in line Mic is mind blowing good.
I'm looking into the SE535s as we speak. I was wondering if you have these and were willing to share your experience with them (sound quality, comfort, gym use). That would be great.
For in ears, my previous favorite for years had been the Etymotic ER4. With a good, sealed, in-ear fit, nothing could come close to the flat frequency response through a delicious mid-range all the way up to the limits of high-frequency audibility. Bass was thin, however, but acceptable.
The Shure 535 replicate the incredible, crystalline flat-response of the Etymotics, but add a rich, accurate, fast bass to the mix and are a better headphone for it. They are comfortable for a good in-ear seal.
Now, nothing is better than a good headphone amp and a pair of balanced Sennheiser HD800s with an HD audio source and a good DAC - but for compressed music on a portable player, the Shures are state-of-the-art.
I have a buddy that works for Shure as an engineer. I'm going to see if he can get me a better price. I read about 5 reviews and each states the same you did. These seem like the right fit for me.
Thanks adamsfbay for your help.
Also, RogerPodacter, thanks for telling me about the MIE2s. I checked them out, but I'm not a fan of Bose. I have a pair of AIAIAI y-com greys for use with phone conversations.
Sidenote, AIAIAI is a great headphone company from Denmark if anyone is interested in their style, kinda funky www.aiaiai.dk
Shures are awful. My SE210s just fell apart after a years use. The cable split, the jack shorted, and the rubber on the housings peeled off.
I've had nothing but good luck with the Etymotic sets I've owned. Their customer service is fantastic, and the IEMs themselves are world class. My ER6s lasted four years with constant use, and the hf5s that replaced them have been flawless.
Get a set of hf5s, you won't be disappointed. If you have extra cash, spring for the custom fit option. I LOVE mine.
What's your budget? $500 for the 535's? Checkout Future Sonics Atrio M5, nice warm sounds and amazing low-end, they can be had for well under $2bills and can't be beat by anything under $350.
You might not have heard of Future Sonics before but they are one of the industry leaders in concert and studio in-ear and reference monitors. These guys know their ****.
Thanks for the input, ill check those out. More recommendations are never a bad thing. Thanks XDAers

It is a bit much for any average listener, but for the audiophile hearing even the most minute difference in sound can mean a much better experience. Just like most of XDA, we are phone enthusiasts, but than there are so many other things that everyone seems to enjoy. If your $4 dollar headphones do the trick than thats not a bad thing, but going from $4 to $300 headsets is like going from standard definition TV to high definition TV. To each their own.
I know I saw above that they didnt hold up but I have had my se210 set for a little over a year and they still look and perform like new. Sound pretty good to me and I do have a decent ear. Use B&K Home system thru NAD stuff etc.
No expert, just I can tell the difference between different speakers or headphones.
What's your budget? Care to venture into the area of customs?
I have the JH Audio JH5 for $399, and they're awesome..
Good alternatives to the SE535 are the Westone IEM's, the Sennheiser IE8 if bass is your thing. These threads at Head-Fi might help you out, make a solid choice for yourself.

Guys i wanna know how is Quadbeat2 headphone compare to quadbeat headphone. LG HSS-F420 Quadbeat, comes with optimus g and gro, suggested to me by Joker, has about 250 different headphone review on Head-fi.
If Quadbeat 2 is better sound quality than quadbeat. I can buy quadbeat2.
Mybe if you have other known headphone such as VSonic VC02, VSonic R02, Audio-Technica ATH-CKM500, Sony MH1C, Brainwavz M5, Soundmagic PL50 etc.

Coming from g pro, i think quadbeat2 is better than quadbeat1. Im not expert in this case, but i think qb2 more bright. I can hear more detail instrument than qb1.

You need to figure out what you want from the headphone. I think the quadbeats if i recall are more on the bassy end. Vsonic's are closer to neutral but have good bass hit and extension unless you opt for the gr07 bass edition. Audio-Technica are known for their neutral sound with little bass. The Brainwavz m5 which are an amazing bang for the buck have a warm laid back and bassy signature. Sound Magic's i believe are a neutral sounding iem.
I own most of those iems in some degree and they are all different sounding iems.

Yeah you are right. Bass is not so important for me. ,Bass is good when you need i think. Actually i listen fm radio mostly and i am professional for headphone i am begginer. I think headphones which gives balance and neutral sound is better for me but i wanna buy which is bang for the buck. I have chance to buy quadbeat2 for 10 bucks. Is it good for balance and neutral sound and gives me bass when i need?

If you can get them for 10 dollars. I would go that route. They are 20ish new. They aren't really bass heavy but they do have bass. Nothing that will be boomy, though. Since you're mainly using them for radio i don't think you need a true analytic pair like a phonak pfe122 or re0s. I think the quads will fit the bill.
I haven't heard the new ones but i wouldn't expect much difference between the two.
I just thought this was worth a mention to anyone, the Quadbeat2 (LE530) earphones that come with the phone are probably the best bundled earphones i've used, they sound almost exactly the same as the Sennheiser CX 300 IIs, which is, good for a pair of free earphones, but you can easily buy better, I wouldn't throw these out, unlike some of the bundled sony and samsung earphones but I wouldn't go out and buy them separately either.
I have found them to be horrible.
I mostly listen to trance and house music and a little bit of slow rock and alternative music.
I'd go with the JVC Xtreme Xplosives HA-FR201V if you want good in-ear with a cheap price. they come with a mic and a controller too.
The bass might be too much but you can always control this by the equalizer in the stock music player.
I have found the bass kicks in at higher volumes, also notice considerabke increase in sound quality the more I jam them in my ears.

No one should ever buy stock headphones. I have no experience with the quadbeats personally.
I do have experience with a bunch others.
Right now the Sol Republic Jax are the best sounding sub $50 headphones you can get. They rival headphones costing twice as much.
If your on a budget I just plugged my old SkullCandy Ink'd headphones in and was pretty surprised at the sound on the G2. You can find those under $20.
Better than my sennheiser cx300. And I wish they weren't, but, once all fully set up and sitting in ear right, they are really pretty good. Even better if you use viper xhifi if rooted.
Are these any better than Dr. Dre iBeats?
Everything is better than those.

Loving my Tone+. Yeah yeah... BT.
how about Sony smart headset pro (MW1)?
So after using for one and a half year the Quadbeat 2 earphones that were included in the LG G2 package, the left earphone finally broke and it was time to buy a new set.
Searching through the internet i found these:
Xiaomi Piston 2
Pic taken by me:
(click on the image for higher resolution)
And here are some specs:
Type: 3.5mm in-ear earphone
Color: Brown/Gold
Mic: Yes
Impedance: 16Ω
Weight: 12g
Cable length: 1.2m
Sensitivity: 93dB
Rated Power: 5mW
Frequency Range: 20Hz ~ 20KHz
Compatibility: Most devices with 3.5mm earphone jack
In my own personal experience (after owning some very high-end Sennheiser and AKG earphones) these sound absolutely fantastic!
The sound is very clear, mids and highs are balanced and the bass is warm and punchy.
Seriously there is so much sound detail in these that you wouldn't believe you could get this sound for ~ 20 $.
Best buck for the money!
That was not enough for me so i went ahead and invested 14 more euros for memory foam tips from Comply.
Trust me they are worth it:
Comply Ts-400
And another pic by me with the new foam tips:
(Both photos were taken with my LG G2 using XCam LG 5.2.4)
To summarize, the control buttons (at least with the G2) work perfectly as the original Quadbeat 2 set and honestly i couldn't be happier with this combo.
I'm also thinking of buying another pair just in case there's no more stock in the future plus they're so cheap!
Yep totally agree, I love my pistons! I'll have to try out those ear tips, do they improve ambient noise isolation at all?
That's what they mainly do
(you squeeze them, you put them in and they expand taking the shape of your ear canal which means perfect isolation)
This particular model is also very comfortable and doesn't fall off the ear, but for better isolation you could try the Tx model though I can't guarantee that they're comfortable.
Thanks, I've ordered some
Be carefull about fake, a lot of shops sells clones

Yeah, true. I got mine from ibuygou.com. As far as I'm aware they're affiliated with Xiaomi themselves so pretty much guaranteed legit.
I highly recommend Sennheiser CX300-II Street. It has really best price/performance rate.

Xiamo pistons are half the price of the sennheiser 300 and are known for better performance they really are stupidly good. Best bet is amazon for non fakes though
Are the suggested two including the sennheiser 300 the best threa headset?
cause calls used with quadbeats 2 totally suck, hell my wife is angry everytime we talk over the phone when I use the quadbeats!
Marshall minor

Most important:
- non-invasive design (no ear canal design, so it's on-ear not in-ear) that does not go deep into the ears, for example: TDK EB100-like design is good, because it stays outside the ear canal
- bass boost
- the wires has to be durable, thick (because thin wires will break in no time)
You should try Bose soundtrue or soundsport or even qc20 ?

The problem with those is the price. No earbuds should cost that much. I'm not interested in the expensive products.
The price must be under $40. Moreover, I'll have to pay high shipping costs to EU if I order from USA.
I also don't need headstrap-like headphones. I need earbuds (earphones) without having to push it into the ear canal.
Sure they are. Sorry I was wrong in my reply. I have the Samsung gear circle and the earpods do not enter in the ear, they are not bad, and you won't have anymore issues with the cable.
I'd ask this over at Head-fi.org's forums, not here. You'd get a better response.
