Since no one else appears to have done this yet, I decided to bring you the stock android lockscreen for JK6. I know we already have JL1 but it seems to be full of bugs so some of you may appreciate this.
Works on DEODEXED BUILDS ONLY.
Most of you are using custom ROMs though, so this shouldn't be too much of an issue, if you really want to you may be able to .odex it too, but I can't because I haven't been on an .odexed build for more than a few minutes since I got this thing
[edit]
Got the flashable .zip up. Enjoy!
Updated! JL4 lockscreen added.
Incidentally the puzzle lock still works for missed calls on the JL4 lockscreen, though I haven't figured out how to make the puzzle lock work for messages yet.
That would be much appreciated. Thanks for your work!
EDIT: Bam, file is already up. Thanks in spades! I cant stand the Glass LS

I was looking at that too, but his mod doesn't change any graphics so I assume still Froyo.
Awesome mod! Good to have some lockscreen options again on this build.
If anyone is interested, the Android Blue LockScreen Mod works on JK6 flawlessly (I'm on stock deodex and it worked no problem).
Will this overwrite my other lockscreens which came with Axura 2.1?? That would be bad. If not I will flash away!!!

macnut uses a custom framework that I believe is a blend of JK2 and JK6, but it should come with lockscreen options.

Are you positive you're in a deodexed build? On an odexed build it won't do anything. Won't hurt anything, just everything stays the same.

the source zip is for devs looking to port the mod to other ROM's/Phones

Well I just spent the last two days learning how to decompile/compile framework. FUN STUFF *sarcasm* Anyways, here is the power menu and lockscreen mod for stock deodexed JL5.
UPDATE 1/10/2011 - Settings now has "Stay awake" option under Settings>Applications>Development
All links have been updated. For those who have already flashed I have included just the Settings.apk at the bottom of the page.
JL5 Power Menu & Lockscreens > DOWNLOAD
JL5 Berserk Power Menu & Lockscreens > DOWNLOAD
JL5 black and white icons version > DOWNLOAD
Instructions
1. Place zip of your choice on internal sdcard
2. Reboot into recovery
3. Flash zip to phone
4. Reboot
Click to collapse
This wipes the dalvik-cache so the first reboot will take about 5 minutes or so. I have made two versions. Both work the same, just one is themed to Berserk [<3].
Again, this is for stock deodexed JL5. Flash on other roms at your own risk. Be warned you will lose any theming you have such as accurate battery mods and such. Do not ask me to make an odexed version because it is not going to happen.
Thank you to Untermensch for his awesome write-up on the power menu mod as well as the lockscreens!
Thank you to Brick'd for advice that which helped in the compiling of the framework-res.
Thank you to S0niqu3 for the black and white icons

Thanks! Appreciate the tip on the compression/heap size. I added your name to the OP. I meant to when I uploaded them but at 2am... Saw your reply in the other thread. There are probably some accurate batt mods in the themes section that you could flash, but you will most likely lose this mod.
Been waiting for this. You have made my day. Flashing this now.
Very nice. Has anyone who has this also flashed JDan's SBG themes the flying animations with battery?
I updated the OP with another version that has the older black and white icons. Figured I'd throw out a few options for ppl.
Minor update! Settings now has the "stay awake" option under Settings>Applications>Development. All links have been updated and I also added a flashable zip for just the Settings.apk for ppl who have already flashed. Enjoy!
Here is a fully deodexed clockwork flashable of the just released T959UVKA6. THIS DOES NOT CONTAIN THE SECONDARY BOOTLOADER (SBL.BIN)!
This is 100% stock and comes with
~Root
~Latest Busybox 1.19.0 git
~Modded 3e Recovery
~Bloat
~Stock KA6 Kernel & Modem
~Additional App Quickboot
This uses Untermensch's hacked redbend_ua mod so you will not see a blue splashscreen during the installation process for the kernel/modem.
DOWNLOAD <<<<< Deodexed KA6 (BusyBox 1.19.0)
DOWNLOAD <<<<< Deodexed KA6 (BusyBox 1.17.1)
BE SURE TO THANK KRYLON360 AND CHAINFIRE!!!!! None of you would have this without them. Remember that...
Optional: I don't know about all of you but I can't stand the stupid glass lockscreen. Here is a cwm flashable for the AOSP lockscreen with the menu button disabled. You DO NOT get both lockscreens. You get one or the other. This wipes the dalvik-cache so the first reboot will take a few minutes.
AOSP Lockscreen (This will NOT work with the Odin version!!!)
Power Menu Mod for this build can be found here.
KA6 Voodoo kernel is available in the OP of Supercurio's thread here.
Added Blue Circular Battery Mod at the Bottom for those that want it. Flash through clockwork. Credits to The3dman and Zimpishmonger for the icons.
Thank you and please enjoy!

I think that would be great.
I really always hated when people said this feels quicker or snapier and in reality I wouldnt be able to tell it. But I think this time this version really feels fast like a custom rom? Everything seems to be responsive and quick. I dont really use TW but even TW seems to be smooth with no lag.
I wonder if there is a rating system of how fast is fast. Every new leak that comes I always hear dang this is snappy fast, gps locks 1-3 secs! Anyways thanks for the leak hopefully we can find out improvements soon good thing I waited before flashing ka5

A little laggy on Serendipity, I think, but it is working without any serious problems. (Serendipity 5.10)
Also, the version of LauncherPro supplied is junk, it doesn't save any settings you input when the phone restarts. Kept the icons but the themed apps couldn't be kept.
would this work with cognition
works great on serendipity, loses haptic feedback on home key, no lag for me, try a different kernel. Love this theme, awesome!!
Works for me on Serendipity 5.10. Also lost home button haptic feedback, but that's not a big deal for me. Looks fantastic, definitely a keeper. Agree that the Launcher Pro that it comes with is crap, but I use ADW and it's working great with it. Definitely a keeper.

All ROM's have a different "original look." So to go back you would just have to get the theme files from the dev who made your ROM, or just flash it again.

No. Cognition is based off the Rogers Official 2.2 release using the JL1 framework.
home haptic fix
I'm trying to get the home haptic to work on this mod as per mikeymike's instructions but the .zip will not flash. Gonna ask around and find some help on learning this.
A few things I've noticed with this: Home haptic not working (previously stated already) and the button backlight on touch problem is back. Using Keep the Lights On again for it though.
Also, think anyone can work on theming the lockscreen?
This is just a stock, freshly re-deodexed I9000 XWJS5.
It already has working wifi, gps and Eugenes soft reboot fix.
Language has not been adjusted, just hit next to main screen, go into settings and set to English. [While this is a gift, not everything is free!] Language will still be partly off until you reboot. You might want to wait for the Roms to come from this first.
This is a daily driver as is but was mainly posted for the themers and rommers to have a base to work with. You can expect Goði to move to this new base.
I have trimmed the fat off of this but left stock boot animation and shutdown.
This includes the KB1 modem and KA7 Voodoo kernel disabled by default.
Install:
It doesn't matter if you are coming from a fresh Odin or not, we want a clean install so follow the install steps.
Download XWJS5.zip and place on your sdcard.
Boot into recovery and Wipe Data/Factory Reset Before You Move On.
Flash XWJS5.zip.
While still in recovery: Wipe Cache Partition, and inside the advanced menu: Wipe Dalvik Cache and Fix Permissions - Just These Three Steps, Do Not Factory Reset Again. THIS TAKES YOU LESS THAN A MINUTE, DO IT OR DON'T BUT DON'T QUESTION IT - THIS PROCESS HAS PROVEN TO BE THE BEST GUARANTEE OF A SMOOTH FLASH.
Reboot Your Phone.
After about 10 minutes, you should reboot again to clean things up and wipe out any bugs.
Enjoy!
Download - 163.24MB - http://www.mediafire.com/?7wy0e5k13zeth7a

100% working with the exceptions listed here about text being wrong sometimes in the pulldown.
Heathen: The bug with the wrong text on pulldown is only present on this ROM. It goes away when a theme is applied to it.
For example, I believe it is now completely fixed because I applied the theme here.

All the text in the pulldown seems correct so far. Theme looks SICK!!!!! This now easily is the prettiest ROM for our vibrants with this theme haha. Thanks.
EDIT: CORRECTION. Everything went back to being fixed because that theme replaced the services.jar file. No wonder haha. So note this, after every theme install, redo the services.jar fix.
I've posted the a new services.jar in my thread that is from Darky rom
Try using that one to see if it fixes the weird text

Unfortunately, I think you just replaced the fixed services.jar - which will be a problem for you if you get to -79dBm
Do you have a link to the dreamy fingers honeycomb theme. Searched but could not find it in 1900 forums
