On the home screen press Menu>Preferences. The go to Appearance and there should be a item to set the Dock style. Pick Custom and find the dock image for the theme in your Gallery. For the icons, long press and icon on the dock and there will be an option to change the icon to a custom image.
This does not work when i select custom it takes me to my gallery. Do i need the paid version

You should be sent to you gallery. Put the theme images on your SDcard (I have a theme folder in my DCIM folder). When you are sent to your gallery just select the correct dock background or icon. I don't know if the skinning is limited to the paid version, but I do use the paid version.
Check this out -> forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=783427
It's got a bunch of great themes for LP including a GB one.
Are you sure you downloaded launcherpro theme? Cause sounds like you got ADW theme.

Yes im sure
Sent from my Floyo Tazz using XDA App
Well they don't come in .apk If you have .zp or .rar just unzip it anywhere on your sd card. And that to select dock background and custom icons you go through the gallery.
I believe the launcher Pro themes only change things in the paid version. To install them, you have to backup your LP settings, uninstall the regular LP, and then install the new LP using a file manager. If you don't have the paid version, nothing will look different. I think the theme is only for the widgets.
If its from market its adw theme most likely.

Check out the link above this is where I got the file. I am pretty sure it is for launcher pro. It appears to change a lot more than the icons etc. If any one has the paid version and wants to give this a shot to see if it works that would be cool.
Here's a post from the LauncherPro forums about this theme:
"What do you mean by doesnt work? Make sure you uninstall your current LauncherPro first. Once its off your phone install my version with a file manager just like you would with any other app on your SD card. You wont notice the changes unless your <sic> using the Plus version" Page 4 at the link below

I don't think it should make any difference if you have the paid version or not. The paid version just unlocks extra features but if you're modifying the apk i don't see how that could make any difference.

Are you going to tell us how to put the theme on launcher pro?
If it's a .apk it could be very possible that it is for CM7 ROMs, for the Theme Chooser. If that's the case, you install the .apk through your file manager, then open up Theme Chooser and it should be in your themes to choose from.
Hello
just to say that now the LauncherPro can load ADW Themes

1 Extract the zip
2 Place gingerbread.xml into the folder located on your sdcard called "CMTheme"
3 Place the folder named Lucid-Froyo Into the folder located on your sdcard called "AndroidThemes"
4 Install using Metamorph and like all Metamorph themes if your phone reboots after applying somthing before it reached the last file theme, than start from where it left off and do it one by one.
5 After install go into settings/CyanogenMod settings/User interface/Tweaks extras and choose gingerbread as theme for the white font.
This Theme makes changes to:

What's the different between this and your flashable version?
I made a flashable zip to make the status bar transparent on CM7...expect future updates for different gradations and colors...
Transparency situation with launchers:
ADWLauncher: works after unchecking "System Preferences" > "Wallpaper hack";
LauncherPro: works only with live wallpapers or with normal wallpapers, but you have to hide notification bar on "Appearance Settings" in LauncherPro.
Stock GB launcher: works, no issues.
Go Launcher EX: as LauncherPro users.
Enjoy!
P.S. Wallpaper here

Can I use this with Android Revolution HD Rom 3.3 and Revolution Theme- 1.84 transition framework(leedroid).

Short answer is enough yes or no ;-(
cm7 stands for CyanogenMod 7..a custom rom based on android 2.3.3 gingerbread. You should really try it out if you never did. XD
Very interesting, I'll go to try and report!

I was trying it with lucid by sonnysekhon.
I have also just tried it on top of a old fashioned flashable theme and when I rebooted I got FC's.
I'm guessing it may of worked on cyanbread and androidian because they are very close to stock and might not try to change the original notification bar.

I love the theme. One request though. Is there a way to get the stock font as a zip. The font included is a little tough for me to read or is there a way to increase the font size. I checked all the setting and could not find one. Thanks for the great theme.

Ughhh... What's the difference between edify and amend. Also how do you know which cwm you have?
The difference is, Amend is no longer used by or supported by almost all other devices besides ours. Edify is the better of the two. If you need to know more just search the forum or google it. If you go into recovery at the top it should tell you which cwm you have. I prefer cwm 2.5 for now simply because it can handle both Edify and Amend. Here is the link for CWM 2.5

I answered your post in another thread. You can't just install Theme Chooser - it has to be built into the rom.

Yes, you can flash zipped themes, but you can't install Theme Chooser on a rom that did not include it in the building - which is what you were alluding to.
Then again, if you're running a cm7 rom, you should already have Theme Chooser.
Once again.. I don't see a zip file for this theme.... am I missing something? Was there ever one?

Instead of Theme, we can directly try ICS SDK 14 at the below link.

You have to install a morph to theme the lockscreen, transitions, and other stuff that Theme Chooser cannot modify. Metamorph from the market is a good app for applying morphs (someone has to build the morph zip though).
Nevermind, I forgot to flash the other zip that installls the lockscreens seperately. I forgot what I did the first timer around, thanks though....
