Hey I just received a spam PM & thought well ill ignore it but thought it might be best to contact a Mod/Admin about it just in-case but I'm not sure of how or who i should contact.
Don't really want post it in public in a topic as i don't feel that's the right thing to do.
So my question is who do I contact & how is best?

What is it about?
Hit the report button on the PM A report will then be sent to the mods and they cann see it

Hit the triangle in the upper right, and pop in a message and link to this thread if you want. There's a few of us online just now
I've reported it & also PM'ed the GM who contacted me about it

It was nothing bad really, it was more asking for my details & I just thought I should let someone high up know that there is a user trying to get people details off them.
Its after midnight here so can't sort myself, but I have flagged up your report to be looked at.
Certainly don’t reply or give details etc (well, duh)

To each his own. I don't see why anyone would have an issue with someone creating their own site. There has been a few members do that already.
all mods here maybe mods there im just to think of a way to do it so thats i know it who they say they are
That's simple contact the mods here via PM and ask if they want to participate. They can pm you a response. Now you know you've contacted a Mod here, when they sign up for your site, use Pm here to send their password.
Something along that line.
FWIW, I wouldn't Mod at your site. No offense or anything, I just don't want to add another thing to my already complicated life.

4. wants to be spoonfed information so that he/she/it(lol) does not have to research or learn anything.

if you didn't want to compromise your actual account on xda by giving out your info you could make another account and pm the info to any of the people that would be "editors" this post. the only thing is that for someone to log into to edit it the person using it would have to log out as soon as they edit the post so that it would free it up for someone else to log in and edit it. we should see if supremeteam256 along with direct matrix and nephron would like to get in on this because they are on here a lot and help out a lot. but i would not mind being an "editor"
to be honest i wouldnt care if they used this account but

Get 10 posts. Gives you access to being able to post in the development/phone specific sub forums. It also gives you access to have signatures, post in the marketplace (where you sell phone and phone related things), post outside links, etc. Also, you may want to avoid this specific sub forum or just mainly DanWilson. He's dangerous and may get you banned/hack you. Also, people like it when you use the search feature at the top of the page instead of just posting in a sub forum. I'm not really against or for this. But many people get (VERY) angry. Sheesh. Have fun, and enjoy.

Well, you'd wanna use some lube if it is your first time, because going bareback might hurt a little for both parties.
You'd also wanna ease it in a little before going full force.

Unfortunately no, you can`t open a thread here and ask for people to contact you or any other company in order to receive a device to promote reviews .
We allow device reviews obviously but we don`t intermediate the reviewers and the device owners on open threads.
This might turn into a business and this is against the forum rules

Who did you email?
I see no record on the webmaster email account.
But as said already we have rules that prevent commercial activity. Although this would not be a "selling" thread it woud presumably be to gain reviews to help sales of a conmmercial product.

Maybe we are misunderstanding what you are wanting to do.
If you have no interest in the company that produces the bluetooth headset then why do you want the person to write a review(s)?

One thing, is that wrong if users write reviews about phone cases or those? or is that also somekind of selling.. i mean if is thats illegal if asking users do they want that product and test it? and write review?

It's ok for a User to write a review here when they have chosen to do it. But it is a problem if they are only writing it in return for a free product. In a sense that means the review has been "bought".
