Anyone can write me what are folder from original XJP9 rom please ?
Because now i have 5.5 Darky's Rom and i wana go to XJP9 to Very Clean my phone (and delete useless folder) then switch to V.6 Darky's rom !
I think my phone directory's will be less buzy after that because at the moment i have alot of .data .xxx folder with a "." at the begining and other folder i think that they come from others rom >.<
So i just want to know what folder are ORIGINALY from XJP9 ONLY ...

Hi, many roms have android stock dialer/contact apk..
I prefer legend apks, but i flash indigo roms.. so doesn't have good apk file..
I try to get apks files from modaco r4 rom but doesn't work..
If someone knows how to.. or have good apks files ! =P

Just make your own ROM, the kitchen is in cheft central.

don't you need to rename them to the "standard" name of the app? (contacts.apk, dialer.apk, etc)

Please help us to screw stock HTC dialer and HTC contatcs to Cyagenmod 5.08. any ideas? Tried to flash with them, taken from r4 modaco, then got a boot-loop.
Tried to install those apk-s in standart mode - got an error. Installing with adb command gives an error either. Renaming into dialer.apk and contacts.apk doesn't work and gives boot-loop. No ways to solve that problem?

I have a doubt...
Right now, the only theme i like on my phone is the Darky's theme, but the theme alone doesn't exist separately, at least the 9.2 theme (9.1 exists)...
My question is: can we, using another Rom, copy the \META-INF and \System of darky's rom, and replace the same files on the other rom's to port the gingerbread theme or is it more complicated than that?

Have you looked in the Themes section ??

All you need to copy is /system/framework/ and the themed apks from /system/app/
Don't copy META-INF, thats the script and signature and don't copy the entirety of /system. /system IS the ROM.

I don't think Darky's theme is actually in the themes section. I have looked for it for a while, and realised that while some themes look very similar to it, there are always some subtle differences.

I try it .. and it was perfect i use it with cm7 and iceandfire ..
it was work perfect.. just apply patch to framework.jar .. and use libwebcore.so all will found in zip file there
for those can't open link .. steps of arabic shaping
framework.jar takes care of shaping texts in android on all texts except Gmail and the browser.
Note: Please perform a nandroid backup of your system before attempting to use this patch.
Requirements:
Your device needs to be rooted.
Your Android version is 2.1 or newer
Your ROM needs to be deodexed. To find out if your installed ROM is deodexed, navigate to /system/framework on your phone. If you see a file called framework.odex then this patch will NOT work for you.
Steps to apply the patch:
1. Download the patch below and extract it to a folder on your computer.
2. Pull /system/framework/framework.jar from your phone and place it in the subfolder framework that you extracted in step 1
3. Double click on commands.exe. Do not close the black cmd screens that will pop up. Once the patch is done, you should get a patched framework.jar in the subfolder generated
Verify that the generated framework.jar is bigger than the original framework.jar that you pulled from your device. It should be about 1MB larger.
4. In subfolder generated: Place the generated framework.jar in your phone in /system/framework and reboot
I’ve also included the Aljazeera fonts in fonts. You can place these in /system/fonts and reboot
Sometimes permissions and xml data doesn’t get updated correctly resulting in corrupted data entries. If you receive a bunch of Force Closes after a reboot, you’ll need to Factory Reset.
Note: This will not shape the letters in Gmail and the Browser correctly. If you want this, you’ll need to get the appropriate libwebcore.so for your system. Each Android device and ROM will need a separate one, therefore I’m not including one in this post to avoid confusion.

CM7 is GB AOSP with Moto Froyo kernel.
IF you want to upgrade to CM7 procedure would be as follows.
Flash GOT 2.2.1 sbf
Apply CM7
Apply your Arabic patch.

till today, i used a DHD rom from rafpigna with revolution theme. Now, i flashed imilka RAM incredible (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=963521) with new sense version nad i am wondering now, if i can get the revolution theme here as well. I allready found it in the incredible section http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=736487
but now, i dont know, how to convert it. I allready recognized, that the files in theme-zip-file are placed in a wrong folger hierarchy, but when i tried to use the same hierarchy as my actual rom (sd-ext) and pack it as zip (winrar), it wont install. Is it that simple just to change the hierarchy or do i need something else? How may i repack it to an installable zipfile after?

Please Help me.. I want to make a Theme for my new SGS2.
And im realy a noob in theming an i want to lern it. I am redy to start, but i need the Original Icons.. pngs, 9pngs to make the Theme..
I almost dowload a stock rom from here but thera are only *.img like the system.img file.
And i have a VM with API12 and 3.1 running.. but i don't find the icons..
i find only the AVD but here are the same: *.img files..
Please help me to figured out my problem and sorry for my bad English..

I want only the Stock rom as zip for CWR with framework.res.apk and all the stuff..
I only have download the P7100BUKDF.zip but in Phone.pda.md5.tar is only one f***ing File named SYSTEM.IMG.. and I'am not able to open it.. even with the ISO Buster..oder 7zip.
Or say me were I can finde the Pngs and 9.pngs of my running VM 3.1 from SDK!!
