Wondering if WiFi is a kernel issue. Have you tried that Wes?

Edit: I remember at one point that WiFi would work if you set a static IP in one of ID's releases.
Food for thought... Time for bed.

I just made one for my Froyo based ROM!
It is very simple to do, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=7172329&postcount=2
This thread will walk you right thru it, very easy to do and worked on my first try!
If you have any questions I can probably answer them for you, or if you are really stuck I can make it for you (I just don't have an account anywhere to upload files to for others to download, but I do have email to email it to you if you desire and trust me).
The best way to get a circle battery or any battery is this site(http://circle.glx.nl/). I used it the other day and I love it. In addition you can get some other icons that are nice. Very easy to use, all you need is a current copy of the framework apk that is used in your particular rom.

Wes, thanks for picking up this Rom. We will have another toy to play with.
A few comments:
1. On the Z port, Qik camcorder started working well after flashing chad's kernel. You might want to check that out? That would also be a temporary fix for camcorder. I am happy with that in the Z rom for the time being.
2. Ah! Pink is gone! That color was just too much. 3. Network roaming selction FC was a common issue with the HD and Z Roms too that ID & skyraider solved on the Z port. You might want to reach out to ID & Sky for how they solved that.
4. Think right rosie is mapped to Tmobile faves - this might be harder. You might want to check the Desire HD, Z, MT4g Rom Dev threads if somebody managed to do that. I tried some normal remap flash zips for old sense and they did not work for me so something is quite different now.
5. Reboot to recovery - again I think skyraider solved it for the Z Rom and might be able to point you in the right direction on this.
Unfortunately I am not a dev but hopefully some of the above comments will help you.
Thanks that should help

This ROM is pretty good as IncDoes released it. There are just some bugs wes and I are trying to iron out. I think it is good enough as a daily driver, but it could be better.
BTW, I have tried a bunch of ROMs, and this is hands down the best one. It looks to be the same sense as on the Z, except it looks much better.

Thanks man! Did you update the "not working list" in OP? Or those are the issues still lingering?
This is a port of Meizu M9 for the HTC Droid Incredible.
This is very much a work in progress and should not be your primary ROM. This was not easy to port since it's a non-HTC device but I got a decent amount of functionality working in just a few short hours.
What works:
- It boots
- Hardware buttons and lights
- 3G
- Network Location
- Orientation
- Other unimportant things
What doesn't work (or work properly):
- Launcher isn't scaled properly (I am pretty sure I know how to fix this, I'd rather fix other things first)
- Phone FC's (it will dial and connect the call but the FC prevents the keypad from showing up)
- WiFi
- Bluetooth
- Camera
- GPS
- Probably more
Anyway, here it is for your testing pleasure:

Yea. I'm going to try to get everything working. Until the M9 is rooted we wont have a proper system dump so I wont have to release a new rom every week like with miui. Their system updates are encrypted.
I also just realized the keyboard doesn't work. Ill fix it tomorrow. You can either install a new keyboard with adb or wait for a new build.

Not too sure. I got to this point in about 3 hours while doing some other stuff. The Evo guys are also working on porting this so info sharing will help this along. I've already shared with them how to get 3G working and phone in the same state as the Inc. Now we just have to work on the FC issues which as far as I can tell is all hardware related. If we can fix Bluetooth I am 99% confident the phone will just start working.
Pretty damn sexy. Excellent!
The keyboard issue has been fixed and I reuploaded it. Same link.
I flashed this rom but I got a black screen is it because they're is no bootup screen and that I should just wait a while til it loads?

I flashed it... Had issues setting up the google acct. Had to reboot and I skipped the acct setup. Then it magically worked. most things work except the things listed. The music app doesn't detect my music, don't know if that is universal though.

I've made an app that turns on dolby mobile for any app, not just HTC music. It works on any ROM that gives you the option of dolby mobile when you type in snd3254 in a terminal. It requires root.
I'm also working on an update.zip for other phones to use it

Anybody tested out the kernel yet? Any good/bad reviews? Im itching to try it out so bad, but I tried the other kernel in the G2 development thread by Wooster (i think) and it jacked my phone up a lil bit. Wouldnt officially connect to Sprint network and wouldnt let me update my profite while I was on it. So I'm waiting to hear some feedback before I try this one out to save me the headache. A good custom kernel is the last piece of the puzzle I need to be totally happy on a STOCK ROM for damn near the first time ever lol. Loving my Xposed tweaks now...just need that custom kernel to make it officially official lol.
Does anyone know if this helps with disabling the Screen Adaptive brightness? To get rid of the low brightness flicker while browsing web pages.
I'm using it and I really haven't had any issues. I download No Frills CPU and it's clocked at 2.496 GHz max and 300 MHZ min with ondemand governor. I do see an improvement on my battery but that's with slight usage. That's all the info I have for now hope this helps:good:

Frequencies are handled properly now. CPU isn't handled to clock up all cores to max when benchmarking applications are run anymore. OEMs do this a lot and it's considered cheating. That's why the Nexus 5 doesn't score as high in bechmarks, because AOSP doesn't cheat.
