These are some lockscreens I modified for myself and figured I would share.
No warranties express or implied. I probably will not be actively monitoring this thread so hopefully the community can pitch in to field questions.
Only works on 480 x 800 and 800 x 480
Runs under 6.5 and above only
You must have the native lockscreen enabled (no HTC or CHT)
Backup /Windows/LockScreen if you want to be able to go back to stock
If you are using Energy Dec 13th ROM 29005, you need to install THIS patch
First I have to give credit to the two lockscreens I used as a base - much of this is their work. Hopefully they do not mind me refactoring it.
Miancule - WM 6.5 Manila-like lockscreen
akira99 - NullPointer EvO LockScreen
What I did was combine the two and tweak up the styles, layout, and graphics a bit.

Is a good looking Lock Screen (tried the Thin version) however it totally screwed up fonts on some particular programs such as CommManager and Turbo 3D. Characters were just squares.

Wow, that is strange. I do not see how that is even possible.
What devlice do you have?
What language do you use?
Did you change your default font to LeoClock.ttf by any chance?

Hello folks... today I have for you a small theme and a fitting dialer.
While the theme isn't working well on landscape (I'll do it later), the dialer works both on portrait and landscape - it even works properly on square displays.

Keep up the good work, but pardon me for having a different taste. I only like chocolate brown when I can eat it, not on my today screen.

Just tried both items; excellent. 2 questions:
- have you thought about having another view option within the dialer to switch off the contacts window entirely?
- noticed as well that whatever view option one selects, as soon as you close the dialer down and reopen it defaults straight back to the "calls & contacts" view option. You might want to fix this so that whatever view option is chosen remains until manually changed over again.
- also have you thought of creating a dialer with a video option within it, so that its universal and can run on, say, a hermes/TyTN?

Just curious to see if anyone ever made graphics for the HTC Home customizer so the clock looked like the flip manilla clock (obviously without the flip action) i'm not quite ready to install 3D rom's yet, I tried it a while ago and it was VERY slow and I'll be changing my phone in a few months, I was just wandering if anyone made a clock skin in the style of the flip clock and if not are the graphics anywhere so I can have a go, getting bored of the blue digital bedside alarm clock look.
Lots of different clocks available out there. Do a search using the link in my signature. Also you might just be able to use the clock from Manila 2d with a bit of modification.
well.....why not install TF3D by cab? its about as fast as M2D....but to answer your question is this what your looking for?

When I got my Tytn2 I had to install a few rom hacks to get it to work properly with my macbook so I'm reluctant (without having much understanding of ROM's) to flash anything or overwrite anything that may affect that as it is crucial to my job. but thankyou for the link, I actually found it on another thread just after I posted the above, I've installed the HTC Home customizer version and photoshoped the number panels to a shade of blue so it matches the other icons on my today screen, I am happy now

i've been searching for a theme like this for ages but never found something like that... (gChrome was a good attempt though)
ohh and... i've got no idea about themeing and that kind of stuff (AND i don't know how to re-sign an update file
basically it should be like:
- black / brown app tray background
- blue highlights on menus (like on enochX)
- instead of the default white background on menus, make it white with stripes (keep transparency, however)
- if possible, invert black / white on listviews like settings, i doubt if this is possible however...
- new font maybe?
- default lockscreen
- OS X icons...
- maybe slight status bar mod... see OS X bar for example
- other gfx?
- the drag down status window: with white stripes, transparent... see the style of the OS X windows

I just edited the REG to allow HTC Action Screen to take a max of 40 Buttons. My included CAB's only have 25 implemented. There are 2 versions, one with GoogleMaps Shortcut & the other has a TomTom Shortcut instead. Included are Photoshop Templates for making the images & my Icons, as well as "Drag and Drop Brn / Bmp Converter w/Source" by "jmathies".

It turns out there were a few bugs (dependency on several images that weren't packed in zip). This should be fixed now.
Also, you have to select this theme in Settings -> Home (you knew this already, right? )
I think HVGA themes and 320 * 320 is to general. WM6.5.3,
