how to remove htc sense in x1???

guys does anybody know how to remove default htc sense from x1?? actually im trying to install new sense in main memory but it consumes double memory so how to remoove one sense and install other one installing in sd card might crash both sense.... plz plz plz help me...

You can't remove htc sense but sense cooked to rom.
