The system theme is not like other themes applied. It's the default drawables of the system. It's not like an apk theme.

Hello guys,
I decompiled/edited/compiled lots of system apps on my old phone and everytime they were working but today I decompiled SystemUI.apk changed some things in xml's compiled pushed to phone but SystemUI is not working
Please help me

Odexed but I deleted SystemUI.odex before I pushed it into the system

This is not how it works ^^
You can't simply delete the odex file as it contains essential dexdump data!

Does anybody have framework-res.apk with different navbar sizes i.e. 36 or 32dpi for stock 4.2.2?
I tried it myself, but my apktool is not working properly on Windows8. And it's the only machine in my house. So if anybody can help me out, that would be great!

Nvm fixed it myself. Opened the zip. Browsed to system/vendor/overlay in zip. Then renamed the framework-res-overlay-navbar32.apk to android.res.overlay.apk and moved the apk to system/vendor/overlay and rebooted.
