1. re-flashed RUU ROM update

Hi kuntri,
You should go into bootscreen mode (device off then power + volume down) and flash this TMOUS ROM for instance.

can you get into recovery? or nothing at all. turn the phone off completely (hold the power button for around 15 seconds near a bright light source). then when you attempt to turn it back on hold the VOL down button. it will go into bootloader and select recovery option. once in recovery you can atleast sideload another 4.2.2 kernel on so you can fully boot again.

Yes I can boot in recovery, but the sideload don't work because USB debug is off on the phone, and I can only us fastboot... Somehow can I flash the kernel with fastbott if I save out another HTC One T-Mobile HUN?

Soft Brick - No ADB or Fast Boot or Recovery

Hello. Here is my issue. I have an Htc one
it's S-off and unlocked although I locked the Loader for Ruu
I previously had Google play edition on my phone from Ruu zip and was trying to change back to normal sense stock.
My phone just sites on the Google Boot Screen and I have no adb or fastboot and the button reset doesn't work or holding it up to a light.
Do I just wait till the battery dies, Charge it and then Try to get into recover with power down/volume.. is there a faster way to reset the phone?

your holding power + Volume Down for 10 - 15 seconds under a bright light and the phone does not reboot ? I have never seen this not work.
or only when volume or power button is broken

HELP! HTC One stuck at the bootloader menu with no way to select anyhting

Hey there guys
today, my brother's phone had a weird problem, he was using it and the battery reached 14% (normal battery warning....meh....ignored ) then after two minutes the device suddenly got to 10% (another warning), then it died on its own in a few seconds.
he charged it for about 5 minutes and the charging animation thing said it was already at 20% (weird if you ask me) (using my LG G2 charger which is 1.8 amps) so he tried to power it on, and sure enough it did power on but to the white HTC bootloader screen, with a purple "locked" text at the top (attached image), now I haven't had any experience with HTC phones but I'm very familiar with recoveries and stuff with samsung phones, but this one refuses to do anything, only the volume up button works for selecting items, but you can't go back with the volume down, nor can you select anything with the power button, you're basically stuck just shifting through the items.
I tried powering it on and off several times and the same thing even when the battery is at 70%
phone is International unlocked 4.4.2 and fully stock, no root, no nothing, haven't even gone into recovery before today and was only updated via OTA a couple of months ago with no problems what so ever.
anyway any one got an idea what might have caused this?!
thanks guys
Try to click on fastboot & connect it pc
fastboot erase cache
If not you're still in warranty so don't panic go to service center

Thanks for your reply, but the power button does nothing, I can't click on any of them, it says press power to select, but I can't select anything
and no, it's not under warranty sadly.

ok your phone not in warranty but you not rooted it software unchanged so HTC will flash your software with minimal charge
Unlocked boot loader phone they usually change motherboard & charge much
If you can't get in fastboot it maybe very difficult some one can help you here
So try service center at least once

Thanks mate, sadly, where I live there aren't any HTC official service centers, I was hoping I could solve it on my own
Like I said, I only know my way around samsung devices, haven't even gotten the chance to play with my G2 yet, so could you tell me what the RUU is? is it like the bootloader files? and can I get into recovery or fastboot via any other way? flash stuff using a PC Flash tool maybe???
Actually the problem was very simple, the volume down button was stuck for some reason (actually I accidentally dropped the device from my hand 2 days ago) so that is why the device booted into hboot it seems and that is why I was unable to choose anything with the power button, I removed the volume buttons and cleaned it and now everything works.
Many thanks for your time my friend.
Your good luck !!
RUU is same as pc flashing tool which works own it contains full software Rom for phone
