1.you must have launcher pro app from market;
2.on your laucher pro desktop ,click menu button and click Preferences;
3.click Appearance Settings;
4.click dock background and select custom;
5.from your galery select windows7droid and select dock;
6.finaly you must change your icons on your dock, longpress on icon and select "change icon" -> "custom icon" and select icon from folder in galery.

does this technique work in Micromax A57 ninja 3 ...??
and , if so, will this process affect my phone's internal memory and RAM ..??

this wont work on a57..Currently creating one for MMx A57 .. stay tuned.. and this wont affect ur ram as well as internal storage

I flashed above zio file but now I m getting force close problem of each and every apps like hololauncher. Playstore etc and unable to open anything so revert back to my old one.
One thing I m using custom rom v3.0.

- Go in recovery mode
Make all wipe ("wipe data/factoryreset", "wipe cache partition" and wipe dalvik cache")
Select "install zip from sd card" and after "choose zip from sd card"
Select my rom and wait end of procedure
Now Select : "reboot system now";- First boot requires long time (up to 10 minutes)..all normal. Thats it Enjoy the fastness and smoothness of my rom ..
Flashing Alternative Keyboard-------------------------------------------------- Go in recovery mode
Select "install zip from sd card" and after "choose zip from sd card" Select zip and flash "reboot system now". and enjoy
Bugs :
Same as the original Rom and also bugs of cm7.2 But it is super rom friendz ... checkout and post comments ..

The Google Account must be entered ONLY from this route: Settings\ Accounts & sync \ Add Account.
S2E-----IMPORTANT :
Recommended settings_-
Open s2e application, and give root permissions
In the application select ONLY:"Applications", "Private Applications",
Not select "cache di download"...may cause problems with Play Store
Select "Dalvik Cache" and"Applications data" only if you have a good sdcard Using
Titanium Backup---------------------------
Titanium should be used in an intelligent way:
no integration of Dalvik cache,
no recovery of system applications,
no recovery of accounts and access points.

Major bugs
1. No Offline Charging
2. Cant connect to PC with USB
3. Slight glitches & force closes while playing games
(01-08-2014)(update)
4. Wide screen mode does not work while recording video
5. WiFi tethering does not work
Minor Bug
1. Minor bug on buttons when used in apps.........don't get me wrong you can use the buttons but in some apps cant see what you are pressing eg: if you are pressing Yes or NO
Developer please fix atleast the major bugs as soon as possible......... and make a zip or atleast tell how to fix it
Pros of using this custom ROM
1. This is the most fastest ROM i have ever used on my Galaxy Pocket...........Recommended using Launcher Pro as a default launcher
2. Build on CM 7.2
3. Looks beautiful
and a lot lot more..... find yourself
