After it shows the android and box it just restarts does not go to s/w mode for me to flash it again
Looking for some quick pointers. I've had my SGS for 18 months now and it's coming to upgrade time. I'll be selling the phone but will probably need to restore the factory firmware (T-Mobile UK).
Does anyone know of an idiots guide to getting back to square one?
I've gone through all the Darky ROMs up to 9.5 and never considered that I'd have to go backwards.
Any help or advice would be very gratefully recieved.

okay, i think i know how to do it now, BUT i need a standard rom or what it's called. Anyone that can help me out?
Hey I have a HTC One which I unlocked through htcdev and rooted. I flashed a custom Rom then.
My camera is in need of repair though and so I need to get s off to remove the tampering label from my fastboot.
A link to that would be amazing.
As well I need the stock Bell Mobility image. If this is possible to link I would greatly appreciate it.
The reason I do not do these things myself is because I'm not at home to do it and I'm assuming one of you will know exactly where to find this info too!

That's how I got mine to AT&T for warranty, worked for me. I believe he has the stock image for Bell listed too. Hope it helps....it's very simple

Hey all, I think I broke my G4 , but not at all because I can access to download mode, the problem is that when I try to open LGUP or LG flash tools, my LG appears as UNKNOW MODEL, and because of that I can´t install the kdz file, I tried to re install all the drives and so on, I am working in a win 10 laptop. Someone that can help me. Thanks!!! I will be waiting for a answer.
No one will even bother to help anyone who experience this . It's the worst scenario LG up doesn't work for our cases because of you bricked on a custom Rom the tool cant read a device model You have to be bricked on stock Rom for it to work .
Ive tried to ask since March No one knows how to get past it other then throwing thr phone away

Lg flash tool 2014 was Better and would pull us out of this but it no longer works with marshmallow only worked with lollipop and LG up is poorly built it could easily be made to reflash any device model seen I'm quite sure easily . It's the 0 interest in the further dev of the device that is stopping that from happening probably due to the life span of the g4 coming to a end soon.

Hi mate I think you can still get some Froyo or Ginger ROMs on this forum. Take a look around.

You can find the FILE'S NAME of the flash ROM in this website: https://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/HTC_Dream the HTC Dream's main page on the XDA Developers Wiki. And then you can find it in the Internet by searching the file's name.
For anyone who might still have a G1, I have the Android 1.0 rom as well as the 1.5, 1.5 patch? and 1.6 OTA's, got these from an old google page many years ago.
I think you need to rename the zips to something like update.zip or DREAIMG.zip and flash it in the bootloader

These files are installed from the stock recovers
And they've been on https://code.google.com/archive/p/android-roms/downloads since 2009
