Tethering question

I have a question about the mobile ap on my 2.2.1 . Do us user atnt customers get charged for using it?i am running on serendipity 5.5 .

No you don't but if use it to much. Like download to much porn :0 they might notice it. Also don't tethered when your like out off att 3g. But if you use it to surf.the net and other stuff your fine.

anyone have any experience w/ wifi direct?
Wi-Fi Shoot! is one app for it.
if cm9 or 10 supports it, this would be really helpful..

Your question is a bit confusing.. Are you trying to tether (send internet from your phone to your pc)? If so, look for WiFi tethering.

Also not sure of the question but I'll take a crack at it. If you're running a tether, make sure your network allows it or you are rooted with an app that supports it.
If you're running a hotspot off of your computer, make sure it is up and running and broadcasting the ssid

Tethering concern

Hello everyone, I have the tethering working... but it's pretty much blocked for anything because I have the MetroPCS unlimited plan.. Does anyone know if there is a way to bypass this??

Unrestricted tethering

Is it possible to get unrestricted tethering on a unrooted tmobile Gs6? I'm running the latest marshmallow update on my Gs6 totally Stock unrooted.I want to use my device as a Hotspot to get Netflix on my t.v. using a roko box.any help will really be greatly appreciated.
